the staff were amazing very friendly and helpful

sewerage smell coming from bathroom it came and went, place whilst clean it needs a fair bit of updating

Very clean, super friendly staff. The rooms are soundproof. Double glazed windows. There is no road noise at all. I had a very peaceful nights sleep. It's also a small motel, so not too many people. Lovely pool area.

Nothing, I'd definitely stay here again.

The staff were excellent and called to assure easy check in. Safe, close parking and a large comfortable room with everything we could need. Will stay here again when next in Tamworth.

Absolutely nothing.

The owners were amazing, very accommodating. We have stayed there a few times now when visiting the hospital for maternity services. Great value, genuine care, very clean and comfortable rooms, excellent rates. We will definitely be back again.

Comfortable, well priced. Welcoming staff.

Staff was friendly and very accommodating. Location was central to what we needed and quiet. The room was clean and comfortable.

clean basic but friendly

We had our own breakfast.

A couple of light globes missing. Stolen by prevous guests.

The welcome was very warm and friendly. Upgrade was offered without asking. A lovely young man!

Very clean, great service, everything you need down to the smallest detail, comfortable mattress and real fresh milk for coffee.

Friendly, helpful proprietor. Very clean, well maintained room. Good water pressure in shower.

Didn’t notice any food outlets or shops within walking distance so needed to drive everywhere.

Exceptional professional welcoming and friendly service from the time I checked in til I left, Polite and helpful staff and Jessie checked in on me when it was storming which was lovely. Definitely recommend for value for money, comfort cleanliness and service and convenient location with easy access to property.

Nothing I didn’t like all was excellent

Great location. Comfy beds. 2 full size queen beds makes for great sleeping as a family.

Lights outside on the front of building that shine through the curtains.

Very clean accommodation. Great location for us as we were travelling through Tamworth and needed an overnight stay. Double glazed windows gave us a great nights sleep.

Rooms were great and perfectly clean. Close to everything. Now the staff mmmm what can I say but they were absolutely amazing. So friendly, so funny,so polite and so accommodating. We hope we do move to Tamworth as we now have a friend in them if we do. Best stay

Nothing at all wrong

We had the duluxe queen room...we also had the same room two weeks earlier if that implies anything about what we thought of the place! Fluffy soft carpet, AC quiet and efficient on a hot day! HOT water almost instant. Full sized bath and shower.. everything we wanted. Oh, and the best bit...the mattress was the best I've ever had...wanted to ask what it was so I could buy one too!

Beds, pillows and sheets super comfortable

Adequate, clean, smallish,reasonable value

Furniture and fixtures a bit worn
