Mercure Tamworth

I loved the short connected walk to the Leagues Club that had great shows, food and Cold beer.

Smoking is a hassle.

The location was great and the staff were awesome! Would recommend

The bed was really hard and the exhaust fan didn¿t work in the bath room.

Great place. Great staff and excellent service.

The room was so clean and had everything I needed, very comfortable the shower was a great size, it was quiet, easy access to the club for dinner, the staff were helpful and friendly, easy access to town

Mercure is very good value for money. The bed was very comfortable and had a great sleep.

Food choices late at night.

beautiful staff and very helpful great service in the restaurant as well .

everything was amazing including the pantry ?

Clean. Convenient

Can be noisy if there are functions on at Wests. No issue this time. Would be nice if there was room service for breakfast

Safe, clean, modern, conveniently attached to Wests so it was easy to get a nice meal without even leaving the building

Attached to the leagues club

I was expecting with a 3 bedroom suite to have some cooking facilities but there was none.3 bedrooms but only 1 bathroom.Had to chase up towels after the 1st day

Comfortable bed. Nice little pool and gym

The beds are super comfortable and decently sized the amenities are great and there’s a decent range of movies and shows to stream

They could supply more than one little carton of milk for 2 people

Clean, quiet and modern

Quiet location, very well appointed comfortable rooms, great staff.

Perfect room for a small family. Clean, spacious and modern.

We were greeted cheerfully and given the relevant information upon arrival. The room and bathroom were well presented and very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel is not located close to the town centre; however, for our one-night stay, we made use of the adjoining leagues club restaurant for both dinner and breakfast. Parking is onsite and free.

While the room itself was quiet, the speed and noise of the air conditioning fan was disappointing.

Friendly staff, top quality stay, very clean & convenient! I would stay here every chance, my son loved the room, the pool, the food and accessibility to shops fields, cinema etc. All very close to Mecure! Great value for money!

Loved everything!

Convenience of having the Sports Club next door, with internal access, for drinks, dinner and breakfast was awesome. Plenty of undercover parking, which was free.

Nothing ?

It was central. Also clean and very well equipped and we liked having the club accessible to it. The staff were excellent especially the main man on the desk.

Nothing. All good.

The front desk person was possibly the best service we have ever received, efficient, friendly, helpful, and informative. I liked the refillable water bottle in the fridge and the water in the corridor. The room was clean and spacious, beds and pillows were comfy. As a family travelling, having a TV in the bedrooms was good so everyone was kept happy.

Great parking which was free, location to wests leagues club literally connected to the building, no issues whatsoever, checked in early which was accommodated for after a long drive from Sydney in the pelting down rain.
