Warm welcome?, a little banter and then surprise glasses of wine to enjoy whilst we waited for our Chinese home delivery. Our bedroom had fresh sheets and the bed itself was very comfortable so we were very happy sleepers. It was a a hot night so we welcomed the quiet air conditioning
Nothing really,very well maintained.
So comfortable particularly the beds. Spacious also. Staff were so helpful and allowed us to check in early prior to an early wedding.
Shower was in the bath
Property is clean, beds are comfortable, soft and supportive. Best beds by a long way and we’ve stayed in lots of places. Host is really friendly and helpful

The owners were really nice and offered a complementary drink on arrival.In addition, they phoned us just after we left for a phone charger we had forgotten. Very helpful.There's a mini recycling bin in the room for cans, bottles, etc. Next to the normal bin which I really appreciated.

From the warm welcoming from Michael, the complimentary drinks on arrival, the gorgeous aroma from the Ecoya products, the exceptionally clean and well appointed room, the yummy toiletries provided, ample crockery and the super comfortable bed I would score this Motel a 10 if I could. Thanks for a memorable stay.

Shower water pressure wasn't very good
It was like a home away from home. Staff were friendly & very helpful. Excellent facilities that catered to all family members
Water pressure in shower was a bit lower than we are used to but we understood the water saving measure that was in place.

Please note that the total amount of your booking will be charged to your credit card at the time of booking. Please note that the following room types do not have capacity for additional guests, including infants. - Executive Queen Room - Deluxe Twin Room - Family Room Please note that we are a completely NON pet-friendly complex. This includes any animal/s not being allowed to stay in, or outside, the rooms and/or in a vehicle parked on our property. Charges will apply if this is breached. A minimum fee of $250 will be applied to your room account if any animal (which is not covered by Legislation) is brought onto our Motel complex. We are proud to offer fresh and smoke-free rooms. Please note that smoking/vaping is not permitted within, and/or nearby, any of the rooms or apartments as we have a designated smoking/vaping location onsite. A minimum cleaning fee of $250 will be applied to your room account should there be any evidence of a Guest, or Visitor/s, smoking/vaping within any of our rooms. This minimum $250 fee also applies if additional cleaning of your room is required, for whatever reason, or damage has been incurred. Should the Fire Brigade be called to your room and they determine you are at fault, the payment of the ensuing fee will be your responsibility. We accept both Mastercard and Visa credit/debit cards, which will incur a 1.98% surcharge. Please contact us if you would prefer to pay by cash or EFT direct deposit. We require your credit card details for security purposes, which are then destroyed after check-out. All pricing is inclusive of taxes and is in Australian Dollars (AUD). Our Cancellation Policy is there will be no charge incurred if a booking is canceled at least 24 hours before 2pm on the day of check-in. If a booking is canceled within 24 hours of check-in time, the first night’s accommodations fee will be charged. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
