Single bed in room moved frequentlycold air from bathroom seeps in through sliding door.room very small

We were on the first floor. We noticed the rooms in the new section looked more modern.

It was difficult getting into the apartment later in the night. There were couples walking around trying to find how to get to their rooms.

Nice room and comfortable. Restaurant breakfast was excellent with very good service.

The evening menu not so good, not keen on the type of chips and I thought with a fish meal it could have had a salad.

The hotel is a lovely place to stay. From the great check-in service to the decor the whole experience was lovely. Our room was great, from the large comfortable bed to the lounge to sit on and the balcony, we could not have asked for more. Everything was modern with a deco theme, clean and comfortable. We also eat in the Deco Restaurant which completed a wonderful stay.

Lovely, old building - a former cinema. Room was bright, clean and had a small balcony. Amazing interior design reflecting its former purpose. Right in middle of Tamworth but on site parking was easy.

Great room, comfortable bed, great location and clean

The split building thing was a little weird when going to our room (ie you walk through a bar and restaurant with your luggage to get to the room) but after that it was great because you could go downstairs and relax. Unfortunately the bar and restaurant shut a bit early in my opinion (9pm).

Location, décor, spacious room and very nicely appointed.

Room was clean, location was convenient

shower water pressure was poorthe entry of the hotel was poor. After passing through the reception, we walked outside and then through a smoke filled outdoor area before going back into the front part of the hotel. It did not give a good first impression

Restored pub and friendly customer service.

The room itself needed update. Uggky old carpet. Bathroom clean but in need of an update. Biggest gripe was the awful pillows.

The facilities and service were great. The hotel was also very flexible and I was able to extend my stay day to day due to the uncertainty of my husband’s treatment in the local hospital.

I did find the after hours procedures and entrance to the older part of the hotel - through the carpark - hard to find. I arrived quite late, on a public holiday so the entrance through the back of the Deco Restaurant was quite dark and I was followed by someone as I went through the security gate. This may only be an issue when guests arrive after hours and the restaurant is closed but some additional lighting or card entry on the front entry of the restaurant might be better.

A wonderful stay with happy accommodating staff, nice restaurant with a great breakfast, the king bed could be separated to 2 singles for my and friend and I and the room was spacious. The location was within easy walking distance to shops, cafes and our function at the Services club.

The fire alarm going off at 5.30am due to sprinkler system problem.

Beautifully decorated , great location, Bed is so comfortable and I would rate it nicer than any big Sydney hotel by far. We will return .

The location, the cleanliness, the bed.

The basin was cracked and did not hold water when the plug was applied.

The room's bed were clean an tidy.The location to the town was very close for shopping.

Please put better quality coffee and tea bags.

Location, secure parking & lift access to room.

Sensor light in bathroom switched on when going to the toilet during the night, waking everyone.In the restaurant the waitress tried to talk me out of having my steak well done & it had to be sent back to be properly cooked.I elected to have a light breakfast consisting of a cappuccino & a croissant. After about half an hour the coffees arrived - weak & cold. Eventually my $10 (plus surcharge) croissant arrived. It was cut in half & toasted (very strange) & was dry, tough & stale.

Apartments were fantastic and clean.

Found the beds a little too soft.
