Staff lovely and helpful; bed and room big

Traffic

Room clean; bed comfortable; evening meals in the restaurant excellent.

Little noisy as we were in Room 201 - near the main bridge in town hear the trucks.

The bed ws comfortable and the room clean. Staff are friendly - lots of parking if needed

It was quite noisy until about 1.00 pm with traffic noise from the street. The insulation between the rooms is poor so when the groups of poeple leaving an event in the Oxley room left you could eaily hear people entering their rooms afterwards.

Staff were friendly Beds a little hard

Have started previous times and enjoyed it. This time was extremely noisy at the motel

Handy location restaurant onsite

Fridge didn’t work which we didn’t realise till a day later when the milk we bought spoiled Housekeeping a little lax ( old towel behind bathroom door, only one spoon)

Very clean, beds were comfortable great location

Bed was comfortable, breakfast was good

No where to sit and smoke other than on cold concrete walls.

Location, was very clean, friendly staff

Bird poo on the windows

Great location, very friendly staff, excellent breakfast!!! We really enjoyed our stay.

The only thing that could be improved would be slightly more comfortable pillows :)

How close it was to everything and the value for money.

That you couldn’t open a big enough window and get some fresh air. The room smelt very musty and it was very warm.

Location was handy

Toilet seat was broken. The window above kitchenette let the corridor light in all night - no curtains to block the bright light out. From the bed it was very bright. (I'll add a photo)

Friendly staff, rooms were extremely clean and large. It was great value for money.

Friendly staff, great location, good price

Room was a bit smelly, bathroom window quite dirty

Great reception staff

If I'm being picky, only 1 packet of broken biscuits in the room.No hand towel. No window in bathroom.

I was quite disappointed with my stay- there was an empty beer bottle under the bed, one of the beds didn’t have the correct sheets on it- there was no sheet between body and doona so had to sleep with the uncovered doona touching me and the bathroom was filthy.Unlikely to come back if I’m being honest

Comfortable room.

No bar of soap provided - only pump action bulk body wash to which my hands are allergic. Finding this more and more in motels.

rooms were nicely renovated and beds were very comfortable and clean

Bed is comfy and room and bathroom is clean. this has been our second stay at Ibis Tamworth and will be coming back in the future.
