Clean rooms. Great staff. Plenty of parking

The staff were very lovely and helpful. I asked for a downstairs room and they happily changed it for me. The location is excellent, very close to town. The room was spacious with plenty of space, and while the TV wasn’t huge, it was perfectly fine. The shower was a 10 out of 10! The show was first class and I’d definitely love to stay again.

The bed was comfortable, staff friendly, location good.

The shower needed a good clean.Bed needed fitted sheet, sheet wasn’t big enough to tuck in and we ended up sleeping on the mattress protector!

Gave me terrible advice about getting to town they told me to walk though he park at night no lighting were scary

Room was clean as was the bathroom. Staff were very friendly & very helpful. They did all they could to make me feel welcome.

Location was good and it had a parking space.

There were lolly wrappers from the previous people staying there and they gave us less than a full roll of toilet paper. Consequently we ran out of toilet paper later the night we stayed.Then there was the noise. We had people running back and forth above us most of the time from morning to 9pm at night. It sounded like a stampede.

The property was clean and comfortable in a great location.

We had a very noise air conditioner.

Location to town is great

The plumbing was broken and the toilet leaked constantly. The noise from this was so irritating and you couldn’t sleep. The air conditioner was so loud and rattled all the time

Clean room, updated bathroom, close to Main Street so just a nice stroll through the park to get food from great options.Parking space. It was on a busy road but noise wasn't a problem, we didn't hear it. nice stay overall.

There was hair in the sink, the tea kettle didn’t work, the refrigerator and air conditioning was noisy and there was no outside window

Rooms are very dated, exterior doesn't match interior, I'm sure in the day Ashby was the place to stay but needs a freshener up considering it.is a part.of the powerhouse chain

Overpriced minibar/fridge.Pool was green & not accessible. Had clearly been out of order for over a week due to the coloyr, but we were not advised prior to free cancellation date.Last visit last yr, the pool pump was playing up & spa jets unusable too.Windows allow in way too much light at night.Shower temps fluctuate when in use if someone else in another room flushes a toilet or uses the sink/shower taps.The new holding deposit for minibar...well.?‍♀️Not worth the price we paid & will not book again.
