Tamworth Motor Inn & Cabins

This motel provides 'functional' rooms with basic decor and it is designed for people who do not intend to spend a lot of time in their room. There is a specific parking place in front of each room which is good when travelling.

We stayed in December and the room faced west so the sun streamed into it and it became very hot. The curtains need to be heavier and backed with a light and heat resistant material. Obviously, this would not be a problem in winter when the temperatures are colder.

Basic motel accomodation. Clean and comfortable.

Quite noisy as the doors are old and you could hear doors bang every time someone in the complex went through them.

We had a good size room which was well equipped with sofa, table and chairs, crockery and cutlery, microwave etc. The motel was well located and although on the main road into Tamworth, road noise was not a problem. The room was clean and the bed comfortable.

Very clean, older style motel. Great value for money.

Only fault is thin walls. Could clearly hear a conversation next door.

Clean, and well priced

Noisy. Could hear every time adjoining rooms flushed, or showered or turned water on. They were noisy as well. Made it difficult to sleep.

So close to where I was going to attend our Conference...and close to All Amenities..Quiet..and So peaceful..Needed that..!! Love the Country Town of Tamworth .

We had stayed at this motel a few weeks earlier over night and had everything we needed. So we decided to stay here again. We had a different room but was just as comfortable. Good value for money. The motel was easy to find. Check in process easy.

Very clean room. Comfy beds. Good shower. Quiet at night.

Good value for money. Nice clean room, small but plenty of room for 2 people. Easy to get in and out of the property. Good hot shower. Close to a petrol station and eateries. .

Very clean, very functional. Wonderful extras like microwave, toaster, fridge biscuits and large convenient parking spots. Comfy bed and pillows.Our room very quiet.

Location being on the highway, the rooms all being ground level with wide parking spaces right in front of the door. Very clean and tidy with a large smart tv.

Although you could order food for room service, the restaurant was closed for renovations.

Although an older building, the room was absolutely spotless, very comfy bed and fresh Norco milk not UHT was provided for a cuppa. Good strong shower and plenty of hot water. On a main road but once door closed and windows shuttered very quiet.

Close to town centre, the bed was very comfortable.

The bathroom could do with a renovation.

Rooms were not only clean, but smelt clean. Bed was comfy, had everything needed. Seperate bathroom, good water pressure.

Actually I think what was provided was good value and really have nothing to make note of

Great location not too far from town. It is in south Tamworth, and we were heading south so very convenient. Very comfortable and quiet.

We could not find fault with the room. We asked about laundry facilities and were offered the service for a small fee. Two bags of washing done and returned to our room in two hours.

The tv remote did not allow us to increase the volume. Minor criticism

Great overnight stay. Had everything we needed including microwave, cups, bowls, plates and cuttlery. Friendly receptionist and parking space width was big for a 4wd.

Nothing, it exceeded our expectations!

Room is well appointed with table chairs, lounge,tea coffee making facilities etc
