Uncomfortable bed.Noisy.Breakfast hours 8am - 9:30am is way too late.Breakfast was not open at 8.00am as stated.

Everyone do not stay.

Dirty shower. Dripping shower / couldn't turn off. Bed light not working.Nowhere to put suitcase. Manager didn't open up for included breakfast. Cleaners said this was common. Lots of unhappy guests.

Basic motel, that had what's needed, room was clean and comfortable, simple breakfast supplied, large mix of cereals, breads, juices, tea and coffee.

Next door was a smoker and smoked in front of her room instead of going to the smoking area.

Very good value, suitable location, helpful staff, complimentary biscuits supplied and although I didn't try the free breakfast, it's a good offer for the price of the room.

Looked everywhere for the remote control for the A/c, couldn't find it. Turns out there was a second air conditioner installed, hiding behind a curtain. It didn't have a remote either, but can be operated on the unit itself. Noisy but effective. Shower: 2 minutes too long for hot water to come through and temperatures wildly fluctuate from stone cold to too hot. By day 2, I was starting to learn how to drive it. Got there in the end, so all good.

The breakfast room was very unclean definitely needed a vacuum and tables and benches wiped down

We couldn't stay the 2 nights the bed was so hard, and noise of traffic bad, refund would be nice

Bed was the worst very uncomfortable, noise of traffic. very small, no lamps no power points near bed, shower leaked,

bed & pillows were OK. Airconditioning good. Clean & tidy. Door lock needs upgrading from a slide chain backup to something much better & stronger.

Chosen because of the included breakfast BUT that's ONLY AVAILABLE BETWEEN 8AM & 9:30AM-MUCH TOO LATE for most people I would guess, certainly myself. Reception needs to be open longer-they were closed by 6pm when I went to ask for more milk. Shower needs repairs to door seals-water escaped through gaps onto bathroom floor-a slip risk. Horribly loud noises through pipes while the shower was running.

The bed was comfortable and the shower was lovely and hot.

The two staff members we interacted with were not friendly.Our room door was very hard to unlock and the door hinge was broken.The room was old as was the bathroom.The rooms definitely look better in the photos.We didn't have the breakfast on the first day as it wasn't open. Breakfast was supposed to be from 0800 but both the breakfast room and reception weren't open. We rang the number on the reception door to inquire why (this was 0840) and the person on the phone appeared surprised.I wouldn't stay here again and definitely wouldn't recommend it.

7 nights in total & cost of $750 (roughly) so really an Excellent price! Manager was very accommodating as we weren't sure from one day to the next as to our departure So thank you kindly. Continental breakfast had great variety & was part of our room rate so that was a score, Both rooms extremely clean, neat & tidy. Swimming pool looked great but way too cold for swimming (mid july). Only a short travelling distance to both the centre of town for shops as well as to Tamworth's more renowned attractions (Golden guitar, Exhibition centre etc). All up I can highly recommend & we will absolutely be staying at Tamworth city motel the next time we're in town.Thanks to all the staff for an enjoyable stay!

Very little not to like

Easy to find and park

Shower drain was outside the shower, so the whole bathroom floor got wet and dangerously slippery. Food left in fridge, hair in bathroom and old chips were under the bed so when you pulled the bed back they fell out .

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Shower was great with good pressure and hot water. Breakfast options were good. Room had an old musty smell.

Rooms are quite outdated and overpriced. The AC did not work properly, had it on all night and barely warmed the room. I ended up buying a small fan heater from Big W just to warm the room. Would be good to have breakfast available a bit earlier, 8am start is a bit late for some people that have to head off early for work.

Motel was very tired which wasn't clear in photos. Bathroom was cramped, carpet was a trip hazard.

The room was clean and comfortable.

The bathroom needs updating with the inclusion of a shelf or similar for personal items. The hot water is barely warm.I was disappointed with the air conditioning. The weather had turned cold but the air conditioner did not provide any warmth.

We timed it on a public holiday so we missed free breaky haha

It was a roof over our heads for the night, and pet-friendly.

Small room. TV had no reception/connection. WiFi couldn't connect either. There's rats or mice in the ceiling that will scratch throughout the night. If you can fall asleep to the sound of that, this is a great stay for you - but not for me! Wouldn't book here again.

Comfy bed

Looked nothing like the photos, room was very very old and needed renovations. I think they renovated one room and then just advertised that. Misleading.

Accommodating my family to attend an occasion just 4mins away from the venue.

Inspected atleast our room to be next to each other since I booked a family room.When we got there,they got us several blocks away from each other.They separated our room from our kids,they put us on one end of the building and my kids was in another end.I have to walk from one end to onother to keep checking on my kids.I requested if they could move our room closer,the reception which I was told is the manager didn't make an effort.Greetings and service from the receptionist was very disappointing and poor already.
