    Pros +

    • The space and the size of the property was excellent. Easy to find and parking was right outside the building.
    • Miss leading
    • A quiet and peaceful stay in a basic room.

    Cons -

    • It is a 7 day adventist park that states no smoking, no alcohol, no swearing and no drugs no were on the booking site did it state this
    • Stuarts Point is not much of a holiday destination and there was no food available for purchase in town after 7pm on a Monday night ( we went hungry).
    • We had sent an email to advise that we would be checking in a little later than normal. 7ish, so not super late. When we arrived Reception was closed and the Emergency Number left on the window kept ringing out. It was like a huge ghost town, nobody was about. Nobody answered after numerous attempts at ringing the number left at the Reception area. We were very tired and at the point of leaving and having to drive off to find alternate accommodation at night, even though we'd already booked and paid for Yarra. At the point of driving off, a maintenance man drove in and he was kindly able to locate keys for us after several attempts to call other numbers. The whole episode took about 1.5 hours to check in. We were exhausted at this point. We would NOT stay here again because of this fiasco.

Clean and great outlook onto green space from the unit.

We stayed in a motel room which was clean & comfortable. Rooms are dated but that's reflected in the tariff so value for money. Bed was comfortable. Small kitchenette with basic necessities provided. Located a few minutes from Stuart's Point & a short drive to Scott's Head beaches. Expansive grounds are well maintained. Staff were welcoming & helpful. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Recommended.

Typical motel room. Room & bathroom could do with an update but that didn't really bother us. Some noise from the road in early morning. Would probably rent one of the cabins if we stayed again.

    Big property

Quite pricey, no admin staff over the weekend, I couldn't use my phone or laptop in my room as the wifi wouldn't connect and my phone had very little or no reception. Have to go outside in the cold and fight the mosquitos

it was a nice quite spot

but i feel our room { 4} there was no side table on one side and no lamps at all, we had to use the big kitchen light or the bar fridge light to see in the middle of the night. Alcohol Free Zone?? When we booked the accommodation, it had no information on being an alcohol free zone. This was disappointing as we were going to have a few social drinks with our friends on the patio/ grassed area. We feel this should be posted on the site so customers know prior to booking accommodation as it DEFENTLY WAS NOT STATED WHEN BOOKING OUR ACCOMADATION. as reception informed us when we arrived also NO HAIRDRYER in the room. Its the only time we didnt bring one.

Location quiet and felt safe.Everything appears clean.

Bitten by bed bugs, Bed was comfortable except when I got bitten while sleeping inside the bed while slepping on my right side... I got bitten on my upper arms shoulder, right side of my body towards my back.

I was really surprised with the place, the photos do not show a promising place but when I arrived I felt satisfied with the place, a clean place, the beds were very comfortable, the kitchen implements met the basic needs and the stove was very ingenious?. I would have liked to have had more time to get to know the surroundings because it seemed like it was a nice place to walk and relax, it was a challenge to get to our final destination but it exceeded my expectations, highly recommended

We heard our neighbor's snoring but we were so tired that in a short time we fell asleep and forgot about him

    Quite area. Parklike surroundings.

TV didn’t work had to change rooms.

Convenient and comfortable for our purposes.

No hot water - but was promptly repaired when brought to attention of management.

Great location for where we were travelling to, lovely surroundings and nicely kept grounds

cockroaches to greet us on kitchen worktop and tv was too fuzzy to watch so we had to listen to news on radio

    Comfy, very clean. Staff exceptional

    Pillows too hard

    Clean, comfortable, well appointed.

While a parking space was provided, and was a good size, there were some problems with the space. The white lines around spaces were very faded, the barrier to protect the garden in front of the car was too low and could not be seen when driving into the space, and the tiny sign advising to park ‘behind the white line’ was of little use. I hit the barrier, backed back, and now face a hefty bill to have a section of the front of the car repaired or replaced. Every barrier for each parking space was pushed forward and timber scraped off the top, so my experience had obviously happened to other people. I reported the incident to the front desk and suggested they should repaint the lines for all parking spaces, build new sturdy barriers, and ensure that the barriers are high enough to be seen by the driver until parking is completed.

We arrived late, staff set up easy check-in, gave me a bed & a shower, out before the sun rose. From what I did see, it looks like a great place for a holiday with the family.

    7GaynorPosted on: 2-1-2024

Close to nature, off the beaten track.

The inter-leading door, able to hear conversations.

    5ScottPosted on: 1-13-2024

    Average

Wrong keys provided and we entered someone else room with key provided Then no one answer after hours phone number even though it wasn’t after hours and no one was in the office

    6DebraPosted on: 1-12-2024

Location was lovely and the grounds were well kept. You felt secure with the kids freely being able to scoot or bike ride around the park.

We stayed in the motel and It didn't feel very clean, bathroom was grubby and the towels smelt funky. We let the staff know in the morning and they said they would attend to the concerns. Mattresses need an upgrade also.

    10StevePosted on: 1-5-2024

Excellent large room, with brilliant facilities. Comfortable bed, ultra-quiet air-conditioner, super location. All in all, was 100% better than expectation! Will definitely look at booking here again.

Nothing close, in terms of restaurants, so we had to drive into Stuart Point, which was not such a burden. However, reasonably limited in terms of what we could choose to eat for dinner. Being there for one night, there was not much point in purchasing provisions.
