Cockroach motel.old damp cracks in walls,cupboards. Shower was discussing floor felt as though it's near been cleaned. Worse motel we have ever been in. They should be a shame.price wise $--- to much

no cutlery plates bowls etc. room wasnt serviced midway. bathroom dirty. place could use a lot of tlc

Firstly, the lady who checked me in was pleasant.We were staying overnight on a road trip with our daughter. The room was the dirtiest I have stayed in. Stains on the bed covers, mouldy bathroom, left over drink in the fridge, cockroaches and it smelt terrible.

I understand that it wasn’t a 3,4 or 5 star hotel, but I just wanted it to be clean. It was terrible.

Size of room was great. Owners allowed a late check-in.

Water pressure of shower, first shower fine, next one was a trickle ?

Pleasent staff. Good location.

The wifi didn't work

The fella at the counter was super lovely.

The pool was green/out of order. We would have loved to have used it and is one of the reasons we chose that venue

Breakfast, none offered

Better quality towels. There was no hand towel or face washer. Only soap, no shampoo, conditioner or lotionNo coffee sachets or decaf only bulk coffee in fridge, very cheap smell.Ant nest in bathroom, no spray

The location was great

Cockroach on the pillow. Smell of cigarette smoke in reception. Carpet needs deep clean. The pool area needs renovation

the location was fine, hosts were good but the place, kitchen,people in other rooms were very dispointing

The bed was comfortable.

The bed sheets were clean but were stained.The coffee mugs were stained with a thick brown scum...I put them back in the cupboard & refused to use them.The bath towels were thin quality.The lounge chair & dining chair had damaged seats.

It was better than nothing.

The smell when I entered. The stains on the blanket.The solid sugar. Waking up to 2 cockroaches walking along the wallThe pool area.

Bed was good

Old tooth brush let in shower from someone else. Poor was green and not working.

Location great & very clean

Cabinetry is very old with the room. The bathroom is very old & tiles coming apart & there was lose tiles floating on the floor.

Staff friendly and easy to deal with. Easy booking process.

No cutlery or crockery only 2 cups and glasses. We came late in, so didn't want to go and hassle owner to get these. But thought that it would be there as normal

Not nice

Broken toilet seat , curtains with holes in them . Mugs stained and bus parks in drive way making parking hard

The motel Manager was helpful and allowed our late check in. He preparer Wes the room for the late check in. Much appreciated. The sheets and towels were clean. The bed was comfortable

There was mould in the shower. There was no hand towel provided. There was a used toothbrush on the top railing of the shower which showed it hadn’t been cleaned adequately

Convenient location as a stopover between Sydney to Brisbane. The family room was perfect for us with the double bed big enough for our toddler to sleep between us. The single bed in the bunk was also wide enough to create a bumper with pillows for our other toddler not to roll out. Tea and milk was provided, no coffee though.

The bathroom tiles are loose and some have come off. It is hazardous for those with little ones running around, even for ourselves kicking the sharp edges.

The motel is quite old, but extremely clean. The reception lady was very warm and friendly.Very convenient location with Woolies across the road.

The pillows were very hard.

Nearly everything I needed was there. Plenty of space in the room. The lady on reception is lovely. Very friendly and helpful. There’s a Woolworths directly over the road which is very convenient.

It certainly is not pretty. It’s old and worn and the carpet is quite stained. But it was clean and everything worked well. There was a small microwave but no crockery to use in it or a splatter guard. There were only two drinking glasses, two mugs and 2 teaspoons. I always bring my own breakfast makings with me so I had breakfast out of one of the mugs using a teaspoon. It was okay but it could’ve been better.

Nothing. This place was foul

Full of permanent residents, possibly running food businesses from the room? Did not see any insects but we were all itchy in the room and are covered in bites. Toilet paper ran out after 1 use, no spares and reception closed with no phone number. Banged on the window of the house and somebody came to supply some, no apology. Hundreds of paper wasp nests, old abandoned pool that looked like a swamp. Disgusting place. Shoes everywhere along the verandah as if there were 10 people per room. No toiletries. Tiny thin towels. Old pilled Scratchy bedding. Spiders everywhere. Putrid. $160 can't believe it. You should remove this from your list booking.com
