Pros +
- The setting, the cleanliness, the garden, the staff
- A good, clean and tidy place
- Unit was comfortable and had plenty of space for our family. The carpet and paint were fresh, and the bathroom was pristine. Lots of parking.
Cons -
- Nope we had a great stay, we would definitely return
- No problems
- The wifi is a bit slow and throttled to about 5Mb/s, so not too good if you want to FaceTime the family. Just enough for TikTok and YouTube. If you need to do real work like me, just use your phone.

Overall experience was very good. The staff member I dealt with did an up-grade in room at no extra cost. Room very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Great value for money.
The rooms are small but clean and tidy. There is a microwave oven and a fridge for those who don't want to go out for the night. Aircon works well and the beds are comfortable.

Comfy bed ,nice hot shower and good standard of furnishings made our stay here very pleasant and exceeded our expectations. Friendly staff.
Clean, basic and comfortable for one night stay while on a road trip. Heater (reverse cycle) worked well. Access to room was easy.A good 15 minute walk to Uralla cafes or pubs.
Bit of road noise from trucks through the night, but to be expected on the New England Hwy.
