Kaputar Motel

This is an older property but very well maintained and clean. Staff are super friendly, not right in town, but not far from it and was so much cheaper than those in town.

I chose the Kaputar as a cheap option just to stay one night. However. It was convenient, clean and comfortable. I will be staying there again in the future.

Like - the fact that it had a couple of chairs and a lounge and the staff were friendlyDislike - the bed wasn't comfy (2 singles pushed together to make a king bed) as there was a really high hard bit in the middle. We had no Towels but luckily we had our own towels. But after bringing that to their attention they gave us 2 towels Their plates were dirty and we had to wash them before using them. Had to get them to unblock the toilet after we used it once. It was a really big let down, don't think I'll ever be back again

Shower was difficult to regulate. Unfortunately, being on the main highway truck noise is a problem for a light sleeper. The room was very small.

It was quiet and comfortable in the room. We were only there for an overnight during a long drive and therefore were not particularly interested in other facilities or services

From the moment I arrived and was warmly greeted at check-in to the farewell the following day, the service was exceptional. Upon our arrival, we were informed about the room's amenities, and I appreciated that the air conditioning was already on, bottled water was provided in the fridge, and we were offered towels for the pool. The room was clean and spacious, which added to our comfort. After a long drive, having the pool ready for my child to enjoy was a highlight of the day. The bathrooms were also clean and supplied with an ample number of towels and bathroom supplies. In the evening, we enjoyed relaxing outside our room, appreciating the space and tranquility—it felt as though the rooms were thoughtfully arranged to ensure privacy.

Honestly couldn’t fault this place.

reception staff were exceptional! they made our trip after a long car ride to narrabri. Facilities were clean and the room was spotless! tea and coffee were absolutely delicious paired with the biccies in the room (:

The room was clean mostly. The window screen in the shower needs urgent repair or cleaning.

We were told that we had been upgraded to our allocated room. This room was located next to the road. The truck noise was unbearable and we left a 1am in the morning due to the truck noise. Parking was not suitable to our room.
