Bellview Motel

A very comfortable queen sized bed providing a good night's sleep. Provision of very usable table and chairs in a space that has in the past contained a single bed. Sufficient supply of the usual appliances, crockery etc. Although located on a corner of the main highway through Narrabri, surprisingly quiet. Effective air conditioner that was on when we arrived, providing a cool room to enter on arrival. The room was clean. Convenient location and adequate for a one-night stay. Overall, good value for the cost.

Space where the toilet was located was limited, tight space for one's right leg up against the basin cabinet when needing to sit. (However, given the space available for the bathroom, we acknowledge that this would not be easily resolved).

No breakfast went with this motel.

Couple of cobwebs in corner, and squeezing bathroom door. Both were reported to the staff.

The room was one of the cleanest I have ever stayed in and I travel a lot. It was quiet, close to everything and great value. Absolute winner!

Well located, just far enough from the Newell Highway turn. Helpful staff. Walking distance to great pub.Good value.

Light could have been a little brighter.

The location was good being in a quiet part of town. Check-in was very simple but only because we arrived earlier than expected. Their phone and internet systems were out all day (not their fault) which would have been a problem after reception closed at 18.00.

Early closure of reception could have been a problem if we had arrived a little later.

Very clean. Close to supermarkets, hotels, fast food options.Helpful friendly host.Arrived at 3pm on a cold day to a warm room the a/c on .

The location of the property is fantastic. It is very close to the highway, one street from the main street, Woolworths, cafes and restaurants.There is no traffic noise.The rooms are large and very comfortable.The showers are fantastic and the water pressure is awesome.The bed was extremely comfortable.The communication from the hotel in relation to the after hours check-in was excellent and the car parking is in numbered bays directly outside your room.

Nice clean room and facilities with all the basics provided (iron, kettle, microwave). An easy walk to nearby shops, dining or river bank areas.

Very comfortable room and a nice bed to sleep on after a long travelling day. Easy walking distance to restaurants.

There is nothing to not like the place, nice place to stop overnight after travelling long day.

Room door could be a little easier to close/open but it locked securely.

While the room was clean and comfortable, there was a cracked screen on the shower door and shower was leaking ,they need to supply plates etc when there is a microwave and also staff need to be more welcoming and friendly

Safety, smoke alarm had been removed. This is illegal. AC or motor noise throbbed through the room. Needs more crockery and plates etc in the room

Above expectations. FYI,..... re the overhead fan. Only 2 of the speed settings worked - fast and very fast. And the fast setting rattled vigorously all night,.... sounding light a shod horse walking on steel plate.I should have said something b4 we left but I was in a bit of a rush.
