Woodland Hill Stay

Very good facility very clean hotel

Very clean hotel pure family hotel food is very good excellent

Good property but small and congested one.It was clean and people are very good

Small and congested property

The staff is good, property is very beautiful, rooms are beautiful and well-maintained.

As per my taste, the breakfast was just okayish in taste.

Provided full time support and fresh breakfast included. Room was clean and had a heater, fan, and a mini fridge.

Nothing else stay was excellent. The room below ours is the loading dock so sometimes it was noisy.

Offbeat location

Rude behaviour of the manager (probably the guy was manager). Food was not healthy

Convenient location to city centre.Friendly staff.

Breakfast , bread toast burned strongly.Need to arrange slippers.Shower water pressure is weak.

Wonderful location and super friendly staff.Great food !Superb views !When I arrived by motorbike,... soaked to the bone and freezing,... the two lovely lads on reception brought out fan heaters to thaw me out, and fished out old newspapers to stuff my sodden shoes with.Another great example of Indian humanity and caring.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !

It was a cozy accommodation. Very tastefully designed furniture and upholstery. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Access to the property is very narrow.

Nice, peaceful, central location. Very quiet. Good view from rooms.

One of the rooms was not the right kind that we booked. They said we could move into the bigger room later, but we had already settled in. Sewage smell in both bathrooms which seeped into the room. No amount of room freshners helped. Room heater was ancient and too inadequate for the room, so it was of no help for the cold. Room was not properly swept or mopped when we moved in, lot of dust in corners. Room service kept forgetting one thing of the other - second towel, hand towels, new soap, second toothbrush. Could step up the service a bit.

Nothing, i was following up with them from last 3 months every week to confirm booking, they cancelled just 2 hours before we reached

No responsibility taken, highly disregard it

I liked the staff, food provided as well as the rooms were good.

Probably the view from the Mountain View room, but still for the price I got it for, it was great.

Hygiene

Cramp parking space

Staff was friendly, and everything was taken care of from the beginningRooms were clean and comfortable and provided all the facilities, including heater and hot kettle.

The location is a little far from the main market but over all peaceful

The amazing location. The room was better than the pictures. The views were just simply amazing. Room was cleaned daily and the breakfast was always so fresh and varied daily. All the staff were so well mannered. I cannot fault a thing. Book this place, you will not regret.

Big room, with all facilities and truly value for money.

Break fast options can be better.

Very cosy property, excellent staff with brilliant service, very nice food, good location. Really enjoyed our stay there

They take the last order for dinner at 7pm and server dinner by 9pm. That was quite early for us. Should extend the time by atleast 1 hr

Pleasant

Room description mentioned has mountain view but that is not the case. It's not a mountain view room.It was underground without any view

its location and the look and feel of it

could not get hill view rooms

The location was good.

I don't understand how this was so highly rated on the app. The room was not ready when we arrived. The bathroom had Geyser leaking and hence a foul smell. No ventilation in the room and bathroom because of which it was smelling filthy even after a single use. After a long battle with this the staff finally called someone and got the geyser fixed and gave some room sprays. The staff had massive language issues, which isn't a big deal but added to the frustration.

I had the privilege of staying at Woodland Hill Stay Resort in Shillong, and it was an unforgettable experience. Nestled amidst lush greenery, this resort is a tranquil oasis that offers stunning views of the Hills. They provide great food, friendly staff...I love that property.
