- Liked the hotel very much the only problem was that the rates didn't matched with what I had booked it was around 2500 higher than the rates was shown on the booking.com
- A nice place in ambient atmosphere far from bustle of traffic and only cons is elevation to reach reception. But ok

- At breakfast, more options should be added like fruits, juices, poha etc. Taste of food was good but could be improved a bit more. A lift / elevator could be nice addition especially if one is travelling with elderly. Our manager was kind enough to allot us a ground floor room.
- I won't suggest for others , who could have difficult in walking because it a top hotel u have to walk from parking plus there is no escalator

Breakfast was good. Serving of parantha, puri, eggs and butter toast was good. Rooms are amazingly big, airy and well furnished for the prices. Manager and all the staff are extremely warm and professional. Cleanliness is impeccable. A small dinning area plus balcony at the back of the room makes it a pleasant stay. Must for a short to long term stay. It is about 20 minutes drive away from Police Bazaar. It is very close to main centre but at the sometime, it is far away from the maddening crown and traffic jams of Shillong.

We liked the location, hospitality room cleanliness and comfort. The complimentary breakfast was good.
Rooms were not provided with comfortable sitting arrangements like cushioned 2 -seater sofa which will relax the guest after taking a long journey to the location..Rooms have attached kitchen with cooking gas feeder pipe but no cooking facilities have been provided. This facility can be provided to the willing guests with some additional charges
