Moonta Bay Holiday Park

Great location, great view and the motel room was just what we needed for the over night stay.

The double bed was not up to standard. Made a lot of noise, and was probarly broken

Access to pier, great freindly service. Lots of villas and motel rooms.

Location

The long walk to get around all of the fences. Think there could be the same gate installed at the upper level onto the main road to the jetty. No ice machine or ice buckets.

Beds were comfy reasonable room for a single parent with two children

The cleanliness of it the bathroom fan was filthy. It was not like it had been not been cleaned. Also to I arrived. Towel had been used by previous person. Also too ripped was a dishwashing packet. The nice and forks that were supplied with filthy and you can hear people upstairs next to you, including going to the bathroom.

6 night stay for 2 people, and only 8 tea bags , 8 coffee sachets and 8 sugars is frankly poor considering the cost of the accommodation. no change of bedding or towels also poor form

Excellent Location. Walking distance to the jetty, swimming area and cafe. A beautiful view of the bay.

Noise from the function centre across the road kept us awake. Occasional road noise.

Great location. Caravan park looked good. We stayed in the Motel which was quite expensive considering its age. Was clean and comfortable just overpriced ed .

Lovely place to take the family, beautiful scenery, great facilities, good clean and comfortable beds. I love staying here even if the customer service is seriously lacking.Will definitely stay here again in the future.

There was no daily servicing of the unit for example dishes not done, replenishment of tea and coffee did not happen.1 of 4 bedside lights worked. Globes not working.

Good location. The upstairs motel room was well insulated against the heat from the sun owing to the orientation of the building running east to west. (We stayed during a heat wave)

The room window was missing the sheer curtains for privacy and natural light, so the only options were to either have the blockout curtains closed and the room remain in total darkness, or have the curtains open and allow natural light into the room but have no privacy with the room entirely visible to the outside! Also only one arm chair in the room.

Booked the pet friendly cabin ( we don't have pets) but it was perfect with little kids. They could come and go but not get out onto the road. The cabin was at the top of the park and beach is quite a walk down but we found it manageable with a 2yo and 5yo. Gorgeous section of beach. Downsides were- Air-conditioning really struggled to keep the cabin cool and was horrendous on night one as it had been hot and possibly not opened up so we all slept horribly. Pillows SO high. BYO. Bouncing pillow area really dirty. Our kids found 10 + bandaids. Needs a good clean. Felt a bit tired within the park but great spot next to the splash Park.

Location was perfect. The view was absolutely amazing, overlooking the beach and the jetty. Villas were so modern and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Walking distance to just about everything.

I wish we stayed longer.

Location is good.!Is there any kitchen can use? Any pots can use?can't use Internet,asked staff ,she said it is every poor.

Good location and price

Perhaps lessen the advertising of the walkway, where other patrons were smoking and chatting, across the front of the Twin Share Upstairs motel rooms, as a 'Balcony'. Or at least say 'shared balcony' to temper expectations. :)Not a big issue, but we had expected a Balcony to sit and have a wine on... :)

Didn't have breakfast. Location was good .

Would probably have preferred one of the cabins which looked really good.
