Breakfast/food for adult is good. However, there wasn’t a choice for the kids. The breakfast made available are mostly spicy which my kid couldn’t eat. Hence, it would have been meat on the bone if there were kid’s food/breakfast menu included.

Excellent facilities, great location; welcoming and very well-trained staff; helpful travel desk and great food.

Excellent property, though a bit further away from main kalimpong town area. its quite well maintained and luxurious.overall a good place to come to.

In the breakfast there should be some more options in breads, pastries, sweet dishes, salads. Location of the resort is very good. Staffs are very cordial & helpfull.

The value for money. The facilities seem to be comparatively costly. The room allotted to us could have a better balcony view. Swimming pool needs to be maintained with more cleanliness.

Littles things gave us the feeling that the place has been run down. Pool was dirty. TT racquets were completely worn out. Key cards were wrapped in tape.

We had a wonderful stay at Sinclairs Retreat Kalimpong during our 01 night stay here.We booked this heritage property via booking.com and checked in to very friendly and pleasant staff at check in counter.Mr. Swastik Pradhan greeted us at the reception. He and his colleague upgraded us to Family room from the previously booked Premier Plus room.The room was huge (like a duplex) with 2 floors. We had very comfortable sleep and a wonderful view from the balcony of the mountain and the valley.We also had some nice starters at the roof top restaurant with drinks and food was really yummy.Breakfast was also tasty and overall it was a short but sweet stay.I highly recommend visiting this place if you are in Kalimpong.Thank you Sinclairs.

Location was fine. Breakfast was very average.

The bed and mattress were atrocious. One of the worst I have experienced. Food quality was very average.

The location was superb. Calm and peaceful stay. The breakfast spread was very very good. The staff were courteous specially Soni. Even the chef gave personal attention. The reception guy helped with the sightseeing arrangements.Overall we had an excellent family vacation.

The hotel is beautifull with well kept gardens. The staff is very friendly.The big rooms are clean and contained all you need.The swimmingpool was big enough and had a nice view.The food was great! More than enough choices.

Dinner starts late. Before 19.30 yoy can't order a meal. The hotel rooms have no ac only a fan. In this catergory hotel we expected a prover air conditioning.

Staff was courteous, friendly and efficient. Excellent service and awesome location. Overall a great experience.

Location and very nicely maintained hotel with great garden flowers around. View is wonderful

Checkout was a bit lengthy process; in our case only one customer was in front of us, but still took half hour to finish! Not sure how this will function in a hotel busy season
