- Spacious room.
- Most comfortable room in India. This hotel was of the standard of a western hotel. The managers were excellent and the hotel was efficiently run. They helped with organising taxis, laundry and other advice. The restaurant and kitchen was wonderful. Fantastic vegetarian food. The gentleman in charge of the restaurant who has worked in various establishments all over India was informative about the menu to western visitors and suggested dishes. Great shower, comfy bed

- No view from window. Location on the booking map is not correct. The hotel is 200 meters to the west on the same road, see Google maps. Notify in advance if you will leave early otherwise the hotel door will be locked.
- Our room backed onto a property that had a dog that barked all night just outside our window! Not the hotel’s fault I know but maybe the front rooms with balconys are quieter.
- Lifts were not working, amenities were not available, credit card not acceptable

Awesome hotel in the budget...... Manager is too much friendly..... Staffs are also very good.... Best part is kitchen is 100% vegetarian... Breakfast is too good.... Value for money of this hotel.....
Staff service and location
Lifts were not working, amenities were not available, credit card not acceptable
After confirmation of booking, we reached at hotel, but the manager denying to alloted any room, ultimately we returned from hotel. The behavior of desk manager is very bad. Also observed that the only lift is out of order.

Breakfast was good. Locality was good.
Room heaters must be there without charge. Room heaters were too weak to serve the purpose. It was like room without AC in plain land. Slippers should be there in room. Writing pads should be there. Star hotel category hotel should have these facilities. These are small services but will provide comfort to the guest.
