- This has truly been a wonderful night — the peaceful scenery, the cozy and beautifully designed interior, and the genuinely kind and welcoming staff made it an incredibly relaxing and perfect experience. Every detail, from the tranquil atmosphere to the thoughtful service, made me feel completely at ease, as if I were at a home away from home. The outdoor bath was absolutely amazing — soaking in the warm water while surrounded by the crisp, cold air was nothing short of heavenly. In such chilly weather, it felt like a slice of paradise on earth. I can’t express how soothing and refreshing it was.I genuinely hope more people will have the chance to come and experience this hidden gem. It’s one of those places that leaves a lasting impression on your heart — calm, warm, and refreshingly different from the usual. I’ll definitely cherish the memories from this stay and would gladly return again. Thank you for making it so special!
- location was good. very relaxing place. lovely fireplace and clean place
- Excellent location. Beautiful cottage and view from the deck. The spa was very private
Cons -
- The bed was a little firm for our liking They don’t have the breakfast hamper anymore, which booking.com advertised
- The electric went off in the Jacuzzi so unfortunately unable to use after that.
- A couple of minor issues - A ceiling fan would save on the need to run the air-conditioning all the time as the weather was hot and the evenings warm. The air-conditioner worked very well to cool during the heat. But when it cooled down we couldn't leave the doors open as no locks on the back flyscreen door and no flyscreen door on the front door. The bathroom could use some robe hooks to hang clothes on when showering.

The cottage was absolutely amazing tucked away on the top of a small hill with birds singing and amazing nature around you. Relax in the Jacuzzi which was amazing. The only problem was the electricity cut out on the Jacuzzi and I was unable to use it again. However the cottage and its location was quite beautiful. Very clean and well decorated with a chilled daybed outside.

The bed and down pillows were super comfortable. Location great, easy to find and 5mins from Balingup township and 25mins from Bridgetown. The gardens and trees just beautiful, the alpacas were cute. Peace and quiet! We were able to have our 2 small dogs with us. Privacy from other cottages. Having Netflix was good. Lovely property to take walks. Lovely bathroom.

It’s such a nice and restful estate !The cottage was lovely. The beds were very comfortable so we could have a peaceful night.Beautiful place to explore the region.
We would suggest to have bigger frying pan and saucepan. We were 3 and found them a little bit small.
The view from the deck of the apartment to the forest Modern clean and tidy. The day bed on the decking was nice touch.
The noise from the spa motor for the first night until we found out from staff we could turn it off.
The cottage was delightful. Everything we needed for a quiet, relaxing and romantic night away from the hustle and bustle of life. The cottage is very private. We sat on the daybed on our balcony and watched the Fairy Wrens hop from bush to bush, and later on enjoyed our own private spa bath.
Everything was great.
Beautiful accommodation in a secluded and pristine location. Loved relaxing in the heated outdoor spa. We will return!!
The grounds were immaculate and well maintained. very quiet and tranquil. We stayed in the Ibis cottage for three nights, it was very cosy and had plenty of space. Spa was lovely, views from the balcony were stunning and it felt very private. Got to see some wildlife and the alpacas were very cute! Highly recommend for a romantic getaway.
Was a little expensive but we did go during school holidays and stayed over a weekend. Also the shower was a bit small, I’m 8 months pregnant and it was a bit too uncomfortable to move around in it. Everything else was perfect!
The tranquility after a very stressful few months. Just what we needed. My husband is quite Ill so he has a great time
Just wish that there were more options for self catering. Perhaps an air fryer would be a great addition. And some essentials scissors would help. A shame that a small welcome basket wasn’t provided. The staff that we met were so nice.
Location
Old , uncomfortable bed, dated cottage
Beautiful property, surrounded by nature. Beds were very comfortable. It had everything we needed for our stay.
Nothing. Except that Alpacas were left in the pen one day, it would have been nice to have them close by again :)
A serene ambience. Lovely location, surrounded by trees and beautiful gardens.
Breakfast was ample, convenient to organise. Good sized fridge! Outlook was lovely, private and watching the llamas outside our cottage was a bonus. Beautiful bush land setting and lots of pretty roses and garden in general. The indoor fire was very efficient and added to the coziness of the setting.
The front door did not lock. Tried several times with key, so just had to leave it shut but not locked.
It was absolutely beautiful and so tranquil. The bird life and skinks, the beautiful trees , the alpacas ?. The cottage was just gorgeous and so clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. Absolutely amazing place to stay.
Nothing , I loved everything
Passable
Property advertised as pet friendly however we were charged an extra $120 for unauthorised pet cleaning fee, we had travelled close to 3 hours to reach this accommodation it was only after the stay that we found out that only 2 select cabins were for pet usage. This should have been made clear from the outset by booking.com or vendor that this was the case as we would have decided to book elsewhere. For the price the property was inferior in location and facilty offering compared to other accommodation provider in similar price range.
The cabin has a good view, very quiet and pleasant. Excellent facilities, the spa is very relaxing. In addition, the fireplace makes everything more cozy. We will definitely return very soon.
The location to village/main road was perfect to hop off if travelling, but was peaceful and tranquil. The grounds of the property were beautiful. Each property situated in its own private setting surrounded by gorgeous trees and shrubs. The gardens were amazing and being transformed for wedding bookings. The cottage was tastefully decorated, clean and well equipped with really comfortable beds. Each with a stunning view from the verandah. We loved it. Easy check in and check out.
There wasn't anything to dislike.
Amazing, beautiful surroundings and comfortable and fantastic accommodation. The spa was great sitting on the beautiful veranda and gorgeous gardens and plentiful birds.
It was all great.
