Located in Yallingup, Western Australia, Caves House Hotel & Apartments Yallingup offers a choice of accommodations from budget rooms to luxury suites and self-contained apartments located next door to the Historic Caves House. The property is surrounded by heritage-listed gardens with free WiFi, a restaurant and a bar. Each room features a small refrigerator, flat-screen TV and tea/coffee making facilities. All include an private bathroom with a shower. Some selected rooms include a fireplace and some suites feature a spa. The bar and restaurant offer 3 different dining areas including al fresco dining, which all include a fireplace. There is free live music at the hotel, 7 nights a week. The hotel is just 5 minutes walk to Yallingup Beach, 10 minutes' drive to Canal Rocks, Yallingup Maze and 5 minutes drive from the famous Ngilgi Caves.

- Beautiful heritage building. Rooms are spacious, and some look out onto a patio where you can relax with a drink. Lots of activities based around the hotel, a weekly night market and open air movies in the park next door. Beach is a 10 minute walk away.
- Location and the beauty of the old hotel and grounds
- Hot Breakfast included made for amazing value.
Cons -
- Instant coffee at breakfast? Only service was the long bar The room looked like it was in the main hotel, it was in the annex This should be a premium hotel for the region, it average for a premium cost
