BQQ not clean and unusable

Proximity to the Main Street and shops

Difficulty in getting hold of staff. Rarely answer phone, or staff in office. Messages left not returned. Had to buy our own toilet paper at IGA when unable to find staff. Also no onsite restaurant as advertised.

Never ate there as there was never anyone at office even when you arrive or leave

The whole place needs shutting down or heath expector sent out room don’t get clean properly shower door has mole on it cobwebs and dead flys and bugs I have photos swimming pool as green slime on bottom pool area disgusting I could go on and on dirty place

Everything was comfortable staff great wifi lags but its a minor thing over all happy

We loved using the pool, the beds are comfy and it’s so close to everything in donnybrook, wish we could have stayed an extra night or two, can’t wait to come again

The pool was filthy as first we thought it was wear and old in the pool deep in. But no it was. Inch of thick dirt and sludge.We have a video. But can’t post that here so photo below.They said the pool is cleaned every week on a Monday but the amount of sludge in the deep In suggests otherwise.The pool scoop was broken photo attached.We paid for 3 people and only got cutlery for two people. Also they don’t provide a cutting board a sharp knife a tea towel, any dishwashing soap no extra bin bags no bottle opener no serving spoons or tongs for bbq area.They said it was accessible for wheelchairs. It wasn’t. They said they had rails. There weren’t, Luckily we brought our own. No shampoo or conditioner provided.No towel for pool area.No ice trayNo water jugLoose bricks in pool areaNo pegs available for washing lineNo instructions for washing machine and no way to get change for it.No way to buy a small amount of washing powder/liquid.If u are in fixed wheelchair don’t stay here unless u bring a ramp like us. As pool area is a large step and bathroom is tiny. U can’t transfer from wheelchair to shower without standing as door in the way.The fridge and toilet are noisy and both leaked.The sprinklers are on for an hour and entered into our room soaking the floor.The sprinklers also hit the window and woke us up at 11 pm

Stayed here before and will stay again. Although dated, the rooms are clean and comfortable. Using Bookings.com, checking in and out is easy. There are facilities like laundry etc but we dont stay long enough to need these. We did not use the pool so cannot comment on that.Point of note if your room faces the road you may have some noise from traffic. This certainly did not affect our stay and we slept well.

Don't really have any complaints

Location is very central and has parking. Staff friendly and able to accomodate an early check in.

Needs a complete do over. Mould on walls and curtains. Paint peeling and cobwebs. Fridge and microwave had not been cleaned. Hesitant to use any crockery. The information booklet was filthy and covered in mould.

Our room very spacious and the shower great pressure. Bed very comfortable as well

Staying at Donnybrook Motel felt like stepping straight into the Wild West, all I was missing was a cowboy hat. To complete the experience, my husband even had a stitch in his back that I removed during our stay, which really sealed the whole cowboy story

Location was central to the town. The room and bathroom was very clean and had everything we needed.

Parking allocation was a little small so one of our group in a different room needed to part away from the unit. But other than that small detail, it was great for what we needed.

Perfect location right in townSpacious room with the basics.

Would be good to have some water in the fridge or even a vending machine near reception for after hrs needs.

Water was brown, so couldn’t drink it

Availability to accommodate 4 rooms. We were a band travelling here for an event

Shabby curtains. Mouldy areas. In much need of renovations

Shower head broken and wrapped in tape bit still sent water all around the bathroom- water was hot though

Stayed one night. Left at 6.50am. Did not have breakfast.

Unfortunately I became very ill on my first night (not caused by motel) & was still sick second night, but it was the much-needed bed I needed while shifting house to Perth.

Unable to rate as was very sick (not Covid)It was convenient
