Room was the size of a cell no cutlery communal toilet and shower and nobody at reception on check out park out on street

Budget room located through what appeared to be the Beach Stays laundry. Room comfortable but noisy at times from staff and other guests.

Such kinda, accommodating, and friendly staff! Very clean rooms/bathrooms, fast wifi, and delicious food! Location is also right by the beach. Highly recommend!

Bad

We did not stay. Prior to arrival I contacted manager to upgrade room as what was booked was not acceptable as it didn't have its own ensuite. He advised we could upgrade for $200 more, which I accepted. On arrival the room had been double booked and was no longer available.He refunded our $200 and was to contact you for refund of $320 .

The. Rooms we’re like a hostel they said a bathroom was with the room but it was in the corridor, we got another room for 1 night and the AC didn’t work effectively and it was so hot! The whole experience was like fawlty towers! The keys didn’t work, the lights went out in the room and they didn’t know where the circuit box was, they didn’t answer the phone, our order of a bottle of wine (was 1/2 full) just little things didn’t go right but the staff were nice and we laughed it off

The host was extremely friendly and accommodating. Our room was small but very clean and well presented. The location directly across from the beach is perfect.

This really is being picky, but an extra chair in the room would have been lovely so that we could both sit on the balcony.

The guy that ran the place was very friendly. The location was fantastic. The place was nice and quiet.

The bed was comfortable and the younger Dutch girl was absolutely delightful

No clothes storage, the only mirror was above the bed where you couldn't use it. A kettle but no toaster and no BBQ facilities on the grounds. Restaurant charges Perth prices plus 10%. Even breakfast was advertised as $10 but was $18 for the cheapest thing on the menu. The flyscreen to the balcony was covered in spiderwebs and spiders. For the price paid wouldn't stay there ever again

Water pressure in the shower was quite poor. Also no microwave. And no elevator.

Didn't live up to expectations

Lovely staff and excellent location few steps from the main beach. Amazing crawfish rolls from the cafe, highly recommend! Very clean room and shared amenities.

Rooms are a bit tiny but there’s everything you need regardless.

The selling point is the location right on Dynamite Bay. Fantastic for casual walks and swimming. Nice and spacious apartments. The manager was super friendly and made a real effort to ensure I had a nice vegetarian meal (there was nothing on the official menu). Made us feel welcome.We were there on a very quiet night just after a massive bushfire had swept through the area south of Green Head. We actually changed our travel date very last minute and the staff was super accommodating. Not sure if it's always this quiet but I liked it!

The shower door (presumably broken) had been replaced by a shower curtain which ended up flooding the bathroom every time someone took a shower. Not a massive deal, and we didn't raise the issue with the manager since we only stayed one night.

The Receptionist was excellent, friendly and helpful.

The owner needs to lighten up. Too dour. Not a people person and is also the cook. Very rigid rules re menu. Would have liked to eat there, but very limited times for meals. 5 to 7pm is very inadequate for dinner. Travellers eat later as they want to experience the sites. It's still light at 7 pm in summer. The bar has limited hours too. Shut at 7pm. Rooms were very clean and modern, but very cramped. Little things could improve convenience for guests, like hooks on the back of the ensuite door for clothes when showering and more hanging space in the bedroom. It's a work in progress and needs a bit of jollying up.

Perfect for a one night stay. Clean bedroom and the shared shower/toilet wasn't far from our room. And also very clean as well ! Has a restaurant which was handy cause for a small town there was no other options. But we had a lovely meal. Coffee facilities in room but down side is the cafe didn't open until 11am. Overall very happy.

It was extremely windy and the verandah creek alright long, no TV was so small you could not really watch it.

My stay here was cozy. The unit was good and spacious, and comfortable for our group.I selected the apartment with a living/dining space and also glad our apartment included a kitchenette; it was, in my opinion, well-equipped and perfect for a quiet dinner in. The apartment was excellent roomy, and cozy for us.Beautiful view of the beach from our apartment.All in all, a pleasant and relaxing stop
