There were some issues with the key to my room but the staff were very helpful.

A big, clean, comfy place to stay with the fam. Nice beds and lots of new appliances and renovated kitchen and bathrooms.

The location, an easy walk into town - we'll it actually is in the town centre. Comes with it's own cafe - 10 percent off your order if you are staying there and has spa for hire and sauna.

Great value for money.

The location was superb for parkrun and close to the main hub.The staff are excellent and the cafe food yummy.

Very big cobwebs in the bathroom.

Rooms are small but it's more than adequate....really clean.....sauna and hot tubs a bonus.....lovely lovely staff

The room was great. Fantastic breakfast with 10% off for guests and a hot tub and sauna to use for a small fee. This in particular was fantastic after a long walk in the rain.

The laundry service was a bit of a problem for us as the drier cycles were too short.

Beds super uncomfy, one was held together with black tape Room was not clean we found empty water bottles under the beds NO MOUNTAIN VIEW AS ADVERTISED Was not worth the price at all

Functional, did what it said and was good value.

The cafe was where we had planned breakfast but it didn't open until 8.30. However, there are good places a short walk away for breakfast.

Comfy bed; shower good, clothes away from the wet

Lots different levels of floor, decking outside the rooms noisy,; only one shower and loo for lots of rooms. Hate to think what it would be like with a full house . I was lucky, just me and one other guest.

The room was clean and comfortable and had all the facilities we needed. Nice cafe downstairs, friendly staff and a great hot tub/sauna. Laundry facilities also good. It was a short walk into the town centre. We were there just after the summer holidays and it was great value for money.

Very friendly and helpful staff, the place was very clean and tidy.

The showers water going to very hot to cold and back again, catching you by surprise almost getting burned.

I was all as expected, just great.

The Café opened too late,8.30, so I had to get my early morning coffee from BP

The staff where very helpful and the room was nice very clean. Great location and breakfast at the cafe was lovley. I would stay again.

The room was a little on the small side but my husband and myself where comfortable.

The room and the facilities in general were very clean, tidy and modern. The beds were comfy and it was convenient with toiletries and towels provided. The shared spaces were also tidy and spacious. The location is great as it is really close to everything!

The room was VERY small and my son (teenager) almost couldn't fit in the top bunk without almost bumping the smoke detectors (we stayed in a double room: double bed + 2 bunks) - it was very tightl! Also, the room is by the main road, which makes it super noisy so you have to choose between opening the windows and having the noise of the road full on, or closing the double-glazed windows and dying of heatstroke (no aircon was available).

For us , close to family, close to the town centre. Really friendly staff. Lots to do at the Lodge. Kids loved it. Huge kitchen/ dining area. Lounge room with lots of games & movies provided. Was a good experience.

Walls are pretty thin - my kids are not the quietest bunch so that would not have been great for the other fellow residents.
