The location was great, in easy walking distance to town. Did not hear any road noise during the night.

I did have a view of the mountain, which is what I paid for, but it was only through a small kitchen window.

The spa pool outside was lovely to meet people and chat in. (when it wasn't booked)

A Nice Place to Stay!This is a very pleasant place. Due to our late check-in, we were allowed to check in by ourselves, which was very convenient. The staff was incredibly responsive and even prepared a much better room for us than the one we had originally booked.Thank you so much! This is a great place to relax after a long journey or enjoy your time in Ohakune.

Kind, friendly staff made me feel looked after. Shower good temperature adjustment, bed very comfy

Unable to plug into sockets, as bed in the way or cable not long enough

Able to accomodate last minute booking, shower had good pressure, the owner/staff were nice, bed was comfortable

Unfortunately a smelly wheelie bin was placed right outside the entrance to the building we had to walk past

The staff were lovely, excellent recommendation for dinner, excellent price, comfy bunks, very clean.

The noise was horrendous - every door that opened or closed was super loud. Woken up so many times by the doors. Recommend slow closures on main doors and bathroom doors.

Great service, loved the studio. Easy location if you traveling by car.

Our first room smelled like mould, but luckily another room was available which was perfect! Very grateful for this and the lovely lady was thankful for us sharing this so they could look into it!

Location was great just a few blocks to village and nature walks.

Manager was lovely, very welcoming. Property was about a kilometre from main centre of town, so walkable during daylight hours.Manager was very apologetic when given feedback about issues as below. Said the owner is aware of the situation as they have received similar feedback previously and, to date, has not resolved them.

The BEDS. Stayed in bunk room, tiny room, one set of very small old bunks, no ladder to get up to top bunk. Mattress was terrible, thin very old foam, flattened to almost nothing so could feel every wooden slat underneath.Nowhere to sit in the room, couldn’t sit on bottom bunk as head hit the side of top bunk.The property appears very run down, especially the inside, needs refurbishing .Tiny kitchen, only space for one person to be preparing meals at a time.Limited seating outside.

The owner is so kind.The room was comfortable.

I wonder why the shower wasn't hot.
