Location was okay

Our stay at Country Inn in Kota, booked through Booking.com, was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. This hotel is a total disgrace and a prime example of false advertising and appalling customer service.First, the lies began: Booking.com listed parking and even a swimming pool, but there was NONE on-premises for either. We arrived exhausted after a 600 km drive only to find no one to help with luggage.The room itself was a health hazard. It reeked of urine from the blower, the floor was almost wet with dampness, the table glass was cracked, and most charging sockets didn't work. And despite Booking.com promising a bathtub, it was nowhere to be found. When we immediately requested a room change, it was flat-out denied.The checkout experience was even more infuriating. We arranged a late checkout with reception, paying an additional ₹1000 plus taxes because I had afternoon work. Moments later, another staff member called, demanding we make another Booking.com reservation if we wanted to stay! Fed up, I decided it was better to work from my car than endure another minute in this shithole.When I informed the staff of our decision, they were completely unapologetic. In fact, they had the audacity to ask if we had broken their cracked table glass! Their behavior, even when we were traveling with a child, was truly horrific.I would rather sleep on the road than ever set foot in this place again. Do NOT book this hotel! You'll be duped and subjected to a true horror show.

Hotel location is good. Rent value for money.

Ageing mark on furniture & carpets. Broken switch board in my room.

Disappointing

Mattress spring & rods coming out, making it a safety concern for guests. Lots of mosquitoes in rooms. Flush not working properly. Bathroom exhaust not working at all.

Pool was not clean and we guess there was no temperature control. Water felt bit cold to kids. There were lot of bird dropping a suitable net protection has to be ensured by the CE

Excellent Place and ambiance. Breakfast and staff behavior was marvelous.

The hotel's location is very good, and the name "Radisson Country Inn" sounds great, which is why I chose to book it. However, the facilities were very poor, and my experience was not good at all.

The hotel did not provide facilities as expected from a good hotel. The watermelon juice served at breakfast was not fresh, and when we pointed it out, instead of providing fresh juice, they simply removed it altogether. This was quite disappointing.

Clean rooms. Well equipped. Good breakfast spread. Great front desk service.

The bathroom stinks as the drain seems to badly maintained.

Like the comfort in the room in terms of bed, mirror location and room amenities. Location of hotel was decent enough and meets basic needs.

Some pointers for improvements:1. Common washroom at the entrance were dirty and need to ask them to clean and then there was an explanation from the staff rather courtesy to say sorry and get them cleaned.2. Clogging of water in the room's washroom. 3. No provision of Child play room or area to occupy the child to make the hotel child friendly.4. Food was sumptuous, but the service was little delayed. We had dinner at the hotel and staff was busy winding up the buffet rather serving us dinner. We need to call the servers and ask for basis things like onions twice or thrice with the food.

The property could def. do with a major revamp. The room I stayed was not the cleanest. The shower cubicle turned into a mini swimming pool as the drain plug would drain very slowly. The halls, carpeted areas. etc., showed signs of better days in the past.

Property outdated , needed lots of maintenance . Floorings in room is ware out . walls are torn . property is not compair to other Country Inn .

The property is OK to stay. It is a modern place with basis facilities however, the staff, management need to be more alert towards needs and requests of the clients, specially when a client asks for something specific, it should be taken care of. This hotel lacks to take complete care of their clients.

Pay attention towards customers specific requests and needs. The equipment and facilities provided in the room should be in running condition and if found not working, should immediately taken care of. My TV was not displaying proper channels and in spite of repeated requests, during my two day stay, the problem was not attended to.

Room was cleaned, staff is great and breakfast is good but not up to mark.

The room was very unhygienic and had strain and rust all across the room. The carpet was super unhygienic and even the bed sheets were torn. No hand towel in the room. AC keep on switching off through out the night.I even find the breakfast below average and definitely not meet the standards of country inn.
