Attention to details in making our stay comfortable. The place is well cared for and you obviously put effort into running the camp at a high standard.

I guess the road noise but you had earplugs available.

We stayed with you on our last day after being on a break for 6 days and your bed was by far the most comfortable we had slept in. I wish all moteliers etc would realise that folk will always remember a comfortable bed when making a repeat booking

The accommodation just by the waterfront of Lake Taupo, the glamping experience, the view and the environment. It truly makes you feel that you are really in New Zealand!

As it was "glamping", if only it had an attached bathroom it would be perfect! Having additional cutleries would help too.

everything was clean and tidy highly recommend to other travelers...staff were friendly and very handle to the local shops...will definitely go back there again

Easy access, clean, warm and simple

The view was great & the dome was comfy.

The air filter beeped all night & we asked staff to take a look, they didn't try to help at all. The free wifi didn't connect at all.

The internet was patchy at the beginning (first hour) and then after that it didn't work at all. To be honest we were really tired and would have loved to chill on our phones or with a Netflix move but the internet stopped completely. That was a bummer. Lovely outlook, comfy bed and interior though. Busy road but we got used to it

Brilliant place, very friendly staff. Facilities were exceptionally clean and well maintained.

Great location opposite the lake. Traffic road noise at night not as loud as I had anticipated.

There wasn’t a fan in the room and it was so so hot. Especially with 5 people in the cabin. So it was hard to sleep, but we were all happy with everything else, and hey, it’s summer so it is what it is. No stress

Clean and tidy with all the little things you need in a kitchen. Handy to the lake.

Expensive enough without having an internal bathroom but the toilet block was close by and was very clean and tidy.

To get to the lake, one has to cross SH1. Build a tunnel or flyover bridge…just a suggestion.

the lock didn’t work at first as it was wonky and i had to pull it back into place, and the lady at the front desk just completely ignored me whilst waiting to buy some things.
