Beautiful location! Very clean. Bed was super comfortable. Loved this motel!

Quiet and peaceful accommodation. It's really close by the lake. I love that they have a backyard where you can sit and enjoy the sky, or hang dry your swimsuit there. I also love that they got an aircon.

I just wish the bathroom is nicer :)

Clean, quiet, convenient, and comfy. We had stayed before and were not dissapointed.

No regular tea and only decaf coffee. No soap or hand wash in bathroom.

This is a very nice newly updated motel with clean rooms and comfy bathroom. There’s also a good kitchen, so basically you have everything for even a longer stay. They offer separate towel for the beach and shovel to dig your own hot pool in the sandy beach. I think this is very thoughtful, and the staff was also very friendly and helpful. The location is great, 1min from the marina.

The main door of our room was off and we noticed it late, so we managed to secure it in our way but it’s something that need to be fixed. Other than that, the place was perfect!

We had the first room facing the bay; the place was just what we needed, including the Weber grill.When we told the manager about our plans, he added insights and provided the essentials we needed to go to Hot Water Beach.

The chalet was a good size and in good condition and had a private seating area outside. It had a fridge/freezer too. We walked into the town and along the waters edge quite easily. The staff we met were very pleasant and easy to contact once we had a valid number.

No one on reception so we had to self check in. Telephone number on booking .com booking was invalid. The 0800 number worked though.

We had the end family unit so had a nice little view from outdoor space

Great location, by the water looking towards the mountain. Walking distance to cafes and restaurants. Would stay again. Awesome little town for our last night in nz

Most comfy bed we’ve slept in during our 6 week vacation in NZ! Beautiful large room with private patio to use .

Beautiful location - easy laid back check in and check out , we stayed 3 nights and room service didn’t vacuum everyday which was a pity , beds really hard and uncomfortable but linen was fresh every day , would definitely come back

Although had booked Chalet, we were placed in an older unit.. It was very clean, bed comfortable,, shower good pressure and had been done uo in the past to look more modern. The benifit of the older unit was that there was hardley any traffic noise, as it was further back from the road.

No sheer curtains just blinds. which didn't worry us that much because we were just overnight stay, but you were open for viewing if someone walked past.

The bed and blankets were extremely comfortable. I liked all the tasteful decorating touches adding charm and a touch of luxury including the coffee machine fixtures and art. We also liked the sea view which we appreciated outside our kitchen window in the morning overlooking a pleasant garden area.

The carpark spot allocated was a little difficult to maneuver with other cars in place. Although quaint and charming the small apartment itself was a little dated with more modern ones adjacent that may have been expected per the photos.

NIce location, easy walk to the harbour, nice and clean , comfy bed and all the needed amenities (including spades for hot water beach)

Very spacious, clean and well-furnished studio. Very comfortable king bed. Nice, private outdoor space. Great location, steps from wharf and easy walk to town and bay. Very close to Mount Paku and beach. Very helpful staff.

Nothing, was lovely

Staff have been extra helpful and friendly - our team of 3 guys have stayed for a week now and when business plans changed for us the staff were really helpful. We'll be back for sure, as we'll have more jobs to complete over the next few months.Cheers

Clean and comfortable beds. Good shower and park outside.

Outside area not private, workers stayed next door but were quiet at night. Kitchen chairs need to be replaced
