Nice room. Close to beach and grocery.

Town is very small. No pharmacy and limited selection of restaurants.

Size of the rooms. TV didn't work. No air con

Lovely staff, cosy accommodation, nice and quiet, short walk for food & a cold beer.

Everything about it was amazing and exceeded all expectations. I was surprised at how nice everything was from the unit we stayed in, to the grounds and well looked after everything was. The bed was super comfy and the staff were super friendly. Carol and Simon who are running it have put in a lot of time & effort into the place, and it really shows. I will be coming back!

+ Clean motel with lovely pine decor on the inside+ We had the two bedroom room, and loved how there were 2 large full bathrooms, and even a seperate kitchenette. Great for 2 couples/ groups to stay fairly out of each other's way+ Had all the facilities we needed, although they're getting a little old+ Convenient location: walk across the road to town centre, or around to the waterways+ A shed full of bikes to borrow was great for easy 10min cycling to the top of Pauanui. Would love to use the tennis equipment, pool, and BBQ next time!+ Carole the manager was lovely!

- Only reason this isn't 10/10 is the wifi stopped working in the evening and never came back in the morning. Devices either that were connected in the afternoon dropped off, or couldn't connect at all

Very poor value for money.No A/C. Just a pedestal fan. Needs a good make over for the money they are charging.

Clean, tennis courts were great, friendly

Only stayed one night, but had everything we needed. Parking was very close to the room and had outdoor seating too.

Great location, close to the shops and restaurants. Large rooms and comfortable for a family to be in.

The beds were great it was very clean and well put together

We booked to stay here but were contacted by the property that we could only check-in until 6PM - we weren’t going to reach Pauanui by that time, so was there another option for checking in layer or picking up a key? unfortunately the property did not offer any alternative, but when we tried to cancel the room for the night were told that it’s non refundable so ended up with no where to stay and minus $400

Great central location, walking distance to town centre; rooms were very clean; tennis court, pool and spa clean and in great condition (no wear and tear). Super friendly staff! Highly recommended.
