The Oceanside Motel

The host was friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean and had all necessities. The location was perfect.

It was extremely windy during our stay and the surf was rough. We were not used to the noise. Double glazing would have reduced it significantly.

The location was great.Across the road from the beach.The unit was quite small but perfectly adequate for just 2 people.We appreciated having a sizeable bottle of milk available on arrival plus a generous number of tea bags.We also appreciated being able to access our unit earlier than is normal.

The shower rose was small with poor water pressure

The view was perfect. Everything we wanted clean and staff lovely breakfast very nice too

The locations, the outdoor dining, kitchen was totally functional - awesome spot.

The shower inside a soaker tub, with a step, was cumbersome. You have to be nimble.

The room was large and comfortable with evertwe needed for a great stayThe beach across the road was spectacular. We swam every day It is within walking distance of cafes and casual restaurants

Faucet leak in the kitchen (water sounds in the sink) and the toilets in the entrance hall, a bit strange.

Great view. Close to restaurants and shops. Parking ok.

Very unusual bathroom/ toilet arrangement. Bedroom quite cramped and tiniest of wardrobe.

A comfy couch would have been great. And some hooks or place to hang towels.

Beachfront, 20min walk into town super freindly and helful staff, offered towels and spade to take to hot water beach.Very clean and well equiped kitchenette

Ground floor rooms could do with a sheer curtain for ppl walking past (so minor though)

Property was clean and in a good location. The view out to the sea was great. The beds were comfortable.

The location and view was amazing. The kids enjoyed being in their own space in the lounge area. It had everything we needed to be self-sufficient. The manager was really friendly and accommodating. they provided us with complimentary shovels and beach towels to go to Hot Water Beach.

The only down-side was that there was no air conditioning or fly screens, so it got hot inside. Portable fans were provided though. It was my own fault for not checking if aircon was provided, so this is no fault of the property

This motel is located in the million dollar view spot. Just opposite the beach. From your front door to beach is 20meters. View is incredible. Woke up in the middle of the night to drink water and saw heaps of ants in kitchen area and some kind of insects on the ceiling

Mattress was uncomfortable & water pressure in shower was not great.

Location was amazing view and easy to get to city centre for boat trips and activities, also walking distance to restaurants etc.

The view was amazing! We could watch the sunrise right from our balcony. The owner/Manager was so nice, welcoming and delivered breakfast to our room. Would love to stay longer!

You can walk from your apartment straight to the beach by just crossing the road. It's close to town. The beds are comfortable.

Location was great being directly adjacent to the beach.. Owner was down to earth and friendly.Room was very clean and new carpet.Bed was comfortable

Only thing would be the water pressure in shower wasn’t the greatest but no big deal really

Excellent location great views and very friendly staff.

No AC it was very hot to sleep.
