Fabulous house with ocean views from the front. Well equipped and very comfortable.Location was great very close to the beach and town centre.

The apartment was beautiful but curtains in main bedroom wouldn’t close/open -also rules about not using certain rooms seemed a bit odd

Great location, great property, heaps of room. Lovely terrace, all the amenities.

My bed was a bit lumpy, back bedroom. The front bedroom bed was great apparently.

Close to town centre, beach and The Lost Spring.

Three levels, no air conditioning in the bedrooms.

Our unit was perfect size for the 3 of us. plenty of room and well laid out. Great location as so close to beach and ferry. Had everything we needed.

As there was no air conditioning up stairs, the heat was intense! Far too hot to sleep in the room for 3 of the 8 nights, and still a little uncomfortable when we did sleep in there. We had to sleep downstairs on the couch's under the air con. That unit definitely needs Air con upstairs. It was not good.

In an excellent location being so close to the beach and the local cafes and restaurants. Spacious house with lots of amenities.

It was the perfect location to the town centre and beach. My six year old loved having the pool across the road. Bailey at reception was so lovely and offered some local recommendations for eating out.

The only fault I would have is there was no fans for the bedrooms which got really hot in the evenings.

A little rough for the price? Ripped curtains, alot of wear and tear.BBQ needed a good clean.Abit different staying at a hotel mixed in with people who live there?

Location, cleanliness

That we had to walk up 2 flights of stairs

Location is perfect, within walking distance to the main street. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything. Staff is very helpful. Apartment is spacious and fairly comfortable.

The only thing I would suggest to the manager is to provide an extra light blankets (throws). The temperature dropped significantly when we were staying and we were a little bit cold when watching TV so would appreciate a throw.

3 bedrooms of which 2 had double beds , large size refrigerator, kitchen with all facilities, large living room.

We had a very comfortable and relaxing stay. The room was clean, quiet, and well maintained. The hotel is perfectly located, just a 5-minute walk to the beach, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The staff were incredibly hospitable and always happy to help. Highly recommended!

Close to sea and shops and lovely pool in complex

Location to Buffalo Beach & shops in town. Pool was devine after hot day walking. Friendly neighbours & quietness.

Not having just a shower - was over bath. Kitchen appliances aging.

Heated pool was an excellent addition.

Upstairs rooms got really hot despite having two fans

Perfect location - great for going to the ferry or downtown. Very comfy bed and great area.

No hairdryer.

The bed was uncomfortable and the sheets were noisy. Sadly it made for 2 nights of difficult sleep.

We stayed overnight while a big storm. Roof creaked very badly- sound like it was going to blow off
