Great location, comfortable bed and good bathroom.

Those tiny little ants on the bench that got into our food bag.

The apartment is clean and tidy, and the basic facilities in the room are complete.

I knew that the apartment didn't have toilets when I booked it, but I didn't expect that it was 30 to 50 meters away in the yard. It was unimaginably difficult to go to the toilet at night in a rainy day. There is a room in the apartment that was converted from a bathroom into a children's room. I sincerely suggest that change it back, which will be convenient for the guests and increase income for the hotel. The wifi is terrible, the guests can got a 100M voucher, but it was gone after 10 minutes.

I couldn’t find the booking confirmation, so ended up booking twice, which I quickly cancelled…I am still waiting for a refund, and have no idea if the accommodation was paid twice, or Booking.com kept the 2nd payment…..they don’t provide blankets, whcih should be made VERY CLEAR, on their advertisements…no the fine print…..the people in the cabin next to me had to jump through a window to get in, as the key wasn’t left out…..pretty unsatisfactory.Neither has booking.com got back to me about the double payment.

Stayed for 1 night when visiting hot water beach.The 2 bedroom cabin was freshly renovated and had everything we needed.

Right by the water, facilities clean

We knew the room didn’t come with bedding - but it was just missing a duvet? seems so odd, either provide it all or provide none? There are also passive aggressive notes everywhere telling you what you can/can’t do.

Well located and reasonably priced.

There was no information folder. No wardrobes or hangers for clothes. It was very difficult to get the TV system to work even for my family member who very tech savvy. We were expected to take our own rubbish out of the unit and there was a posted sign advising that there were cameras in the recycling area to make sure we sorted our rubbish. This is unacceptable. We were staying in a motel type unit and this is not what is we usually experience.

Beautiful stay, Jane the host was incredibly accommodating and could tell was just a genuinely nice down to earth person. We stayed in a cabin with shared bathroom and the bathrooms were always clean and tidy. The room had a very comfy bed and everything you need in the kitchenette. I didn’t use the shared kitchen but did have a look inside and it was very tidy and handy. Everything is so close to the cabins and all in all, was a lovely stay and I couldn’t recommend it any more! ?

Lovely swimming pool & area. Friendly staff.Perfect location.Room was a good size and suited us.We would stay here again!

Minor things but room for improvement - No mirror in main area or bedrooms.- Cleaning needed (plates, bedside draws, under sofa).- Walls very thin - neighbours didn't like our laughter and we didn't like their early morning noise.

No cover/ roofing outside of facilities block. (Lots of rain when I was there)

Location was close to Mariner which was want we needed plus handy to shops and town

The cabin was spacious and the furnishings were clean and comfortable. The kitchen had absolutely everything we needed. Bathroom was spotless. A great place to stay and relax.

Long way from toilet, noisy fridge

I stayed in a little cabin. It was clean and quite nice. Nothing special, but totally in line with the price!- The bed was very good (but, as advertised, beddings isn't included!)- The common rooms and areas were clean.- The staff was friendly and helpful. - The location in Whitianga is good (however, Whitianga isn't that special...)

Everything was fine!

Seemed everything was straightforward to use. Hot shower was available. Late check-in was straightforward. I chose this one to stay since it was reasonably priced one near Cathedral Cove and Hot water beach. It looked like it was a good option for fishing trips.

I could smell toilets little too much while taking a shower due to the layout. The double bed mattress wasn’t comfortable but the bunker bed was ok.

I like the location which is close to the town center and they have clean decent size studio room.

Location was excellent and easy to find ,Entrance to camp very clean which continued as you drove through the camp Friendly management and staff ,camp kitchen / toilets immaculately clean as was cabin 9 which we stayed in .

It was great location, lovely staff, cabin was basic but fit the needs of a short stay. Beds were lovely, right in the hart of whitianga.

just the cabin we were in had paper thin walls and a family next door with children. It felt like they were in the same room as us and also little privacy with their front door right next to ours. Also the tv didn’t work so it felt very basic. I don’t feel like it was fully worth the price
