I liked everything

Proximity to beach, eateries, sightseeing destinations.Comfortable, clean well kept rooms. Some were good sized, some average sized.Ample parking on siteSwimming pool on property, although sized is very very small.Cleanliness & upkeep of the rooms was excellent & the kitchenette was very well & thoughtfully stocked with all required appliances & all in pristine condition.Good sized room with adequate space in suite providing dood sized sofa cum bed, dining table modern lighting.All the above is in the deluxe room, no experience regarding other room typesStaff was very friendly.

Garbage bins for the whole property were outside our room.Heated towel rail in one of the rooms wasn't workingOne of the room doors could only be locked /unlocked from outside with a key as such could not lock the door from inside after entering in.No bidet in toilets.Blinds in the living area were transparent therefore privacy was not possible.No clothes hooks in bathrooms.

For beachgoers, this is an ideal location as it is right by the beach. It's also the next street from food places/central part of town. Plus attractions like The Lost Spring is nearby. The one-bedroom apartment unit we had was well-cleaned, stocked with basic amenities (plenty of coffee, hot choc & tea sachets!). 2 powerful fans to keep cool. For a stay-in day, a smart tv is available, allowing access to Netflix for subscribers, even Youtube and other channels.

Great location, pool was awesome for the kids. Very clean and tidy. Pots and pans were available in our room. Loved the complex.

The only thing I wasn't a fan of, was the very loud sheets!

It was right by the beach and a 5 min walk to town centre and it had a pool and play area , including a tennis court for the kids to play.

No air conditioning, TV was very small & the TV kept buffering & freezing we couldn't watch it.

Location was good. In a 4 day stay we had to order extra towers for washing or hair. No attempt was made to replace any tea or coffee products as was the way with this accommodation you needed to ask fir everything none of the usual basic provisions that should be updated in a 4 day stay. If you stay one night and move on to another place you would get these things provided each night. So no encouragement to stay longer

Great location and set up, we enjoyed a room with the view of the Mercury Bay. Room was comfortable, tidy and clean. Location was perfect for the closeness to shops, beach, cafés etc. The motel was fairly quiet for the time of the year. My daughter really enjoyed being able to have a splash in the hotel pool as well.

The room didn't get serviced unless we requested it. As much as we were ok with reusing the towels, not having beds made etc. it would be nice if supplies like coffee and milk were replenished without us having to ask, not to mention that we ran out of toilet paper outside of reception hours which wasnt great (it would be better to have supplies like this organised differently)

Excellent service Great location from beach and town. Had a pool, play ground and a court to keep the kids busy.

The receptionist was so nice and gave us all the details on the hot spot! It was a lovely stay and walking distance to the beach.
