Very clean and convenient to public bus.

Average at best

Mosquito ridden place, even with all windows closed and lights off it's impossible to get sleep here. Not very clean. For the price point it's not a great option.

Large room. Easy to access with note left for us. Trampoline for my daughter to bounce on.

Seemed more of a place a tradesman would stay than for a tourist/ things needed a revamp as seemed old such as the yellow toilet seat. The pool wasn’t open and looked tired and old.

Great location and size for us and clean neat and tidy. Staff were very friendly

Bad mouldy smell as soon as we opened the door, said in the book rooms would be serviced daily, we stayed for 3 nights and not once was the room serviced. Our bin was overflowing with rubbish. Child safety door was coming off the hinges. I tightened it everyday but kept coming loose again. Place needs a major overhaul. Maybe some will say it's not expensive but only in NZ would close to $300 per night not be classed as expensive for this place. Location was great.

Location was handy to local shops, cafes, buses.

The accommodation was okay, and was not purporting to be better than okay; the price reflected this.

The rooms were lovely - bright and breezy, very fresh and clean.

The hot water ran out during one shower; it seems the tank might not be very big.

It was a fair way from the main tourist area and all of the beaches.The room could definitely have been cleanerThere were cockroaches in the room No late checkout or bag storage

The room was a good size with 2 separate bedrooms, nice view from the verandah. Good size kitchen too. Excellent location walking distance to supermarket and on bus route if needed.

Exterior was in need of a paint in places and to get to our unit we had to walk passed the bins which stank. We got used to it though and the place had been renovated inside.

Great space. Lots of living space to move around. Comfy beds and amazing location

The place was not clean. The cups in the cupboard was dirty

Room is spacious and location quite convenient. Close to some reasonably priced restaurants and cafes. Also having swimming pool and spa pool to relax.

The idea of guests washing theirs own dishes is good, but the result was we saw some dried salad leaves sticking to some plates for maybe weeks or months…. I mean, even guests wash the plates, it is still necessary to wash them again, because obviously everyone has different standard about what is clean.

It was handy to all bus shops etc

The bathroom the shower needs replacing it was awful .

Spa not working or not heated on both days so impossible to use.

The staff were friendly. View & location was perfect.

Jug had rust in it. No instructions on how to use spa.
