Difficulty to get TV and streaming up and running.The number of steps to access room however the staff assisted to carry bags

The whole atmosphere of the resort was geared towards relaxing. The facilities and food were excellent with friendly staff.

It didn't really bother us but the pool became crowded and the bar finished early.

It has everything. Pool, mini golf, bar, restaurant and karaoke/DJ at night.

Our room is in the ground floor, we could hear the footsteps of the people checked in above us because the floor/ceiling is quite thin. We hear their footsteps all the time.

The view was amazing from our room ! Staff were amazing and very catering.

They were unable to provide the shuttle service due to staffing

Although hilly, the resort walk to room was worth it. Views. Comfort.

English second language for staff member meant aversion to coffee marscipone was not understood.Ants in minibasket. Cockroach on bar, squashed it and gave to staff.

We enjoyed our room and the restaurant.

No one was available at 8 pm. No one answered the phone when we had an ant infestation.

Fine.

No plunger in the room - come on, it's 2025 people. I brought my own plunger coffee but shouldn't have to bring a plunger to a "fully equipped" apartment. The instant coffee was disgusting. Would expect that from a cheap motel, not Waiheke Island Resort.Charging customers $50 to split a bed is verging on theft.

Location is okey.

The villa we stayed in has lots of mosquitoes. We did not sleep the whole night, we have lots of mosquito bites the next day. And it was very hot too. No fans in the room and the AC in the living room is not working.

Location, spacious rooms and well planned layout

Nothing really.

We arrived at the resort before 9 PM and picked up the key from the restaurant. However, we couldn’t find the WiFi password anywhere. We searched the entire facility but found no information about the WiFi or any after-hours contact details.We had specifically requested an after-hours contact number in advance, just in case anything came up — but the number provided by the staff didn’t work at all. It was very frustrating, and we had to go the whole night without WiFi.

Wish we had known that the restaurant wasn't open on Mondays! The swimming pool was very cold!

The room was easy to find and comfortable. Way more spacious than I thought it would be as well. I only stayed for one night but spent the morning after at the pool and it was such a surreal experience. Such a beautiful place. The resort was high up so we got a view of the beautiful trees and the sea.

View was awesome, overall quiet, Restaurant was good with some live music Friday night

Probably a little further out than expected, needed a vehicle to get around the island

The staff are so lovely and accommodating, gorgeous views, rooms are large, beds are large. Pool area is wonderful and very clean. Perfect for a weekend away. Restaurant area is lovely and modern and food / coffee excellent

The view is spectacular of Palm Beach

The spa area could be open later past 9pm on a Saturday as guests arrive home late from wineries, though the hotel manager granted us access to the spa and let us relax as long as we wished - really awesome service thank you

Great view, helpful staff.

Very steep location and multiple stairs. I was going to recommend to a friend but realised his painful knee after surgery would have made it impossible.

The room was great. Super clean. Great big bed and lovely shower. And the view towards the bay was just beautiful.Also the staff were all brilliant.

STAIRS! Lots of it! The mini golf was disappointing. It clearly needed major repairs. It’s not even worth paying $10 for a game.

The views from the room were breathtaking. Such a nice place to stay for a couples getaway.

The only negative was that the pool closed at 9pm and would have liked to use it at night.
