The location is great.My hotel room was nice & clean.

The pool area in my opinion needs some TLC. Only one sunbed and very few chairs.

Clean, comfortable room. Location is great, right next to Tutukaka marina.

Would have liked some plates and cutlery in the room.

Great location across from the marina and close to eating places.

Have to go out for an evening meal and the front door is locked after hours. It is quite a long, dark, walk round the block to enter via the back entrance. This would be a challenge if you had mobility issues or the weather was bad.

Room was comfortable and clean. Great view over the Marina. Location excellent.

A microwave in the room would have been handy.

Small but up and away from viewing possibilities with passersby.Close walking to restaurants and bars which was ideal for NY's eve - even though had had enough socialising well before midnight.Parking fine

Restaurant only open in morning. Very noisy on Sun evening due to band playing at Anglers Club. Very warm in room.

Walking distance of everything else.

Broken-off window handle. Non-working aircon. Mentioned it to hotel clerk, they said "they'll call the guy", and when I said it was still not working when checking out the next day, they indicated "the guy" would be coming later in the week. <shrug>

Close to Marina, restaurants and convenience store.

I think very “2 star” for $250 per night. Food at the restaurant attached was very basic and overpriced. Tv in bedroom had no channels and struggled to do chrome casting with my computer. WiFi was weak.

Iconic beaches are close by. It is a paradise for diving, snorkeling, and deep sea fishing. Location and beautiful scenery are overwhelming.

The room was poorly equipped with essentials. Internet was extremely slow and unreliable, while staff was complaining themselves about this problem. Some good restaurants are around in the harbor, but the supermarket offers little variety at high prices.

Immaculate and spacious room with a beautiful view. We were able to walk everywhere and the staff were very friendly and helpful, even posting an item I left behind back to me.

More poolside furniture, the property manager Terry did tell me that more is on order.

The staff are amazing, the rooms are beautiful and the view is magnificent. The beds are comfortable and clean. The rooms i stayed in were comfortable and spacious. When we needed an extra night, they put a note and let us know as soon as a cancelation came up. We needed to.change rooms and were out for the day. They moved the fridge contents for.us from one room to the other and let us store the bags downstairs. When we came back to check in, they helped us get the bags to the room. I was unwell so they organized a ride to the doctor. Amazing

Some areas have wear and tear. The bathroom door had swelling at the bottom. Just a few cosmetic things. Majority of the room was beautiful

The location was great.

Very disappointed with our room. Booked 3 z rooms way back in July to celebrate a special birthday with friends. I paid for all 3 x rooms yet got put in the worse room out of the 3. It was the very end room so we had no view of the marina.. it was on the corner so a lot of road noise. There was a swing in the tree on the corner that was always busy so more noise and lack of privacy. The room was very light at night, curtains were very thin and street lights. Bed was very uncomfortable. Room was very shabby.

Everything was perfect. Bed, TV, Couch, Wardrobe space, Lge size fridge was excellant.Addition of a toaster would be great to enable simple breakfast cooking.

Unfortunately there was a lot of road noise especially during the weekend. Overnight noise from the refrigerator unit was disturbing at times. The restaurant was closed due to renovations a microwave in the room would have been very much appreciated.
