Be mindful that if you stay at the main house, you will share it with others, including the owner. The owner is incredibly hospitable, so it's not a bad thing at all, but perhaps not to everyone's liking for a vacation.

Enjoyed the out of town location and the privacy of our batch, set amongst the orange groves with a dishful of oranges on arrival. Great facilities and plenty of hot water. Our little dog loved the freedom to roam safely outside and meeting the pigs, lambs and chickens. Wi-fi a little slow at times and beds a tad firm for us but otherwise super relaxing - with a fitting name.

The owner was grumpy, his dog had very bad arthritis and cried trying to climb the steps, extremely distressing for all the quests

Clean, good location and nice hosts. I stayed in shared accommodation - had my own room but shared bathroom and other amenities (kitchen, lounge). My bedroom had a comfy bed and big wardrobe with shelves for my clothes and luggage. Also, it had lots of mirrors and two power outlets.

The shared bathroom with shower has big window and door that are tempered glass. I wasn’t comfortable showering because you can see outside and inside.

Being amongst the orange trees was lovely. Nice clean two bedroom cabin. Ideal for the family.

What a nice cottage! We were nicely impressed with the facilities. The cottage was spotless and had everything we needed.

We struck a very wet patch of weather during our 3 day stay. There were no spoutings on the roof, and the sound of rain dripping off the roof kept me awake.

Thank you guys for an awesome stay, at night you need to keep the doors and windows closed, otherwise you will get alot of Weta (Native Nz Grasshoppers sort of) in the rooms. Beautiful space, has aircon which is a huge plus ?

Really friendly staff. The kitchen was great and really well equipped. Beds were comfortable. Loved our stay. Would definitely stay again

Not a problem for us as we had a car, but important to note that this property is not in the centre of Kerikeri so having access to a car is very recommended.

The owner Clauese was very welcoming and entertaining. The estate is well maintained and managed. Everyone we met there were very friendly and helpful It was a fantastic stay and we would definitely stay there again.

Such a cozy place so we immediately felt like home. Very clean place with a kitchen, BBQ and the best oranges i ever had.

Only 2 bathrooms which I feel might be a bit tight when its fully booked.

Open, airy, EXTREMELY clean!! I can't say enough good. Staff/owners very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again, and I hope I have an opportunity to do that!! There are some long term guests also staying in the Main House, and they couldn't have been nicer!!I'm a solo female traveler in my mid 50s. I felt very safe and comfortable. I liked being in the Main House to I could talk to others whenever I felt like socializing. Sign next to toilet in bathroom is hilarious ?

I would bring a natural mosquito repellent next time, but that's to be expected in an orchard. I only ever closed the curtain (not the exterior door), so it's mostly my fault. I was there 5 nights, and it didn't bother me enough to go buy any... (or shut the door!) ?

Loved the orchard location, the privacy of the cottage, the pool and the convenience being only a few minutes out of centre. Loved the pigs and chickens and fruit of course!

Friendly and welcoming group of people. Clean and comfortable, homely.

The dog and pigs were nice, we had fun feeding the pigs.Lots of people to talk to.

People were up late in the night and noisy.On the last night people up banging around at 1am, not considerate of others sleeping. Can hear other guests snoring.

Beautiful complex among orange orchards with a friendly owner and staff. Good place to explore Kerikeri or Paihia (if you have a car).
