Have stayed many times here and is a favorite on the way to Melbourne.

Unfortunately this time the cleaning standards were not met,however they were addressed properly and promptly by reception and would happily come and stay again.

Strategic location, well maintained hotel, spacious room, new bathroom with large shower

We would have expected more flexible opening times and also the restaurant was not working at the moment due to maintenance.

The room was a ground floor room this time which was close to the entrance.the room was well appointed and was very comfortable.the Cardinia club next door was so close and has very good meals which made use of during our stay.

The side entrance adjacent to out room we noticed that people were smoking in a sign posted area which was a real surprise to us as the smoking area is right near the entrance doorway and close to the apartments with open windows can be an issue.the other thing there was no breakfast area, the lat time i was there they told me it was about to undergo renovations, well now its closed and apparently there is no work going on as it has been closed for a while, very disappointing.

Friendly front end staff and ample free parking. Room was nicely furnished and clean.

Sound travelled in the hallway leading to it being a bit noisy at times.

It looked like a nice hotel on the outside however the room I got was gross, walls were dirty, spider webs and spiders, the room next to us were so noisy all night and we couldn't sleep.. it was a bit ridiculous to be honest

This is the cleanest and most modern motel I have stayed in for a long time, the staff were friendly and our stay was pleasant.

Lovely room with all the extras. Comfy bed. Would have rated very highly if we didn't have to suffer a sleepless night due to faulty air-conditioning.

Our air conditioner was faulty (which the staff acknowledged at checkout was faulty prior to our stay along with other rooms). No sleep due to having to get up 6 times to put the air conditioner on for the 10 minutes it would last before turning off. Not a great stay because of this.

It’s a really nice hotel, very spacious and roomy, very modern and stylish for a new suburb like Pakenham.

At $244 a night, it’s not the cheapest option in town, but considering how nice the rooms are it’s pretty reasonable I guess.

The check in staff slow and taking half an hour to check in is a joke when only one person waiting in front of me.

The property looks quite new and everything is clean and in good condition. Location was convenient for us as we were staying for a basketball tournament.

It was a little bit noisy during the night hearing other people coming and going.

Location worked for us as it was close to where we needed to be for our time spent in the area

On the first night of our stay I was unable to access my room with my card and being outside reception hours it would have cost me an additional $95 to call security to have my door opened. I stayed on the couch of the additional room that was booked and went to reception the following morning to state the problem. I apologize she said and re did the card which was successful but nothing about reimbursing me for the first night lost in my room because of an error outside of my doing

Despite the afterhours check in issues, the onsite staff were very empathetic and helpful.

The professionalism of the afterhours staff and a better afterhours check in.
