In-Room infrastructure is depleting .? faced issues with plumbing, air conditioning, driers

I liked that it was verg green and the environment was very calm and secluded.

I wish there could be more fun like for youngsters who can party also

Service and Facilities Need Serious Improvement

Overall, the experience fell far short of expectations, especially for a brand like Westin. It was quite a dampener on what was supposed to be a relaxing stay. Here is a non-exhaustive list of annoyances that we faced over the course of our stay:1. The toothbrush provided had loose bristles that came out during use, which was quite disappointing and honestly a choking hazard.2. There was no room service menu available either in the room or on their website. When I asked for one, the room service staff kept insisting it must be in the room and advised me to “look properly,” rather than addressing the request.3. The room had a noticeable mosquito problem, and no repellents were provided proactively. Although a repellent was eventually given upon request, such basic necessities should be anticipated at a property of this standard.4. The USB ports in the room were non-functional.5. Several charging points were also not working, which added to the inconvenience.6. My food order was delivered incorrectly. However, by that point, I had lost the motivation to raise yet another complaint.7. Service responsiveness overall was poor — most requests were ignored the first time and only addressed after repeated follow-ups or escalations.8. Check-in was another low point. We were kept waiting over 90 minutes for our room to be prepared, and it was only after escalating the matter to the manager that the process was expedited.

Natural beauty so well preserved . Well planned meals very healthy environment

Resort was so peaceful.... best for relaxation leaving behind all the stress, busy schedule, hectic life. Best part of resort is hi-tea. Staff was good and co-operative, well behaved, ready to help u out with every possible things especially Komal, she was so humble and helped me so much with baby food.

The rdinner was very tasty.The restaurant staff was very kind.

The air conditioning was insufficient because there was only an oil heater.The hot water in the bath in the room was not enough.

I had 2 little kids along and kids are fussy about food. The staff was courteous was pamper my kids with food they liked.

Tea was fantastic, portion size of food should be less to avoid wastage, i loved the restaurant staff & food

Staff was very helpful on your request, specially house keeping manager (Sorry I forgot his name)5. Food is very good and tasty, breakfast and lunch/dinner buffets are great

1. No upgradation in last 9-10 years2. Entertainment system is very old, TV units are very old and need to use screencast to run OTT's which occupied your phone as well. They should change TV units and other room amenities.3. Private pool in pool rooms is almost unused because of lots of yellow bees. Dogs and cats are roaming around.4. Food is very good but staff who takes order from in-room dining need to be careful. They should note clearly what was orders. Like I order Tawa roti and they sent Tandoori roti which was not hot. I order dessert and they forgot to send.

The gardens were lush and green. The property is scenic

The rooms were not pest controlled. Too many insects especially spiders in the room. The cleanliness was not upto the mark - when you book a stay with Marriot, you expect professional housekeeping. The guy who was sent for housekeeping was good; however we expect someone who is a trained hotel management employee when you book a stay with a 5 star.

Very close to Gurgaon, beautiful property, great location, friendly staff.

In room dining people can be a little more proactive. Although Suraj was great and ensured everything was perfect.

Breakfast was superb. Everyone from kids to parents enjoyed it very much. Engaging activities for kids. High tea was a nice surprise :) Rooms were spacious and well furnished.

The overall vibe and design are good. Food was also excellent.

The air conditioning kept switching on and off even after calling the maintenance person. Thankfully the weather was pleasant so didn’t feel very hot but they need to look into this

Good Ambiance and lots of green areas.

No designated pool, playground and indoor dining areas for pets.No bed or toys for them.Prompt room service to be improved.

Interaction with birds and animals and the food . They had nicely decorated our and gave us a complimentary anniversary cake on our first wedding anniversary. We had booked premium villa it was a wonderful and relaxing experience.

I loved the food.. and hospitality by the staff.. especially by one of ur staff members whose name is THAN and there was a fair and tall boy also, i forgot his name.. both of them attended us very well at THE RED BRICK restaurant during the all 3 meals..very helpful.. Kids loved the indoor games area and the mini zoo as well

A little more maintenance is what's required at your end.. water got clogged in our washroom and it took almost 2 hours to get it completely clean.. the house keeping staff did not match my expectations.. it needs a lot of improvement..

Disappointing!

The property claims to be ‘pet friendly’ but their policy is ‘pets allowed in property’ only. There’s such a huge difference in the two. They don’t allow pets to go into any space other than the room, which in this terrible heat can be even tougher on pets than humans. When brought to the notice of some incompetent staff members at the concierge, they couldn’t come up with any provisions. Terrible! Inhuman!
