The food in the bistro was terrible. Consideration needs to be given to appointing a new chef!!

Location and communication was great

The room fan was extremely noisy. The ski sled that was hanging above the bed was a little unnerving.

Clean and tidy

Dead ants across the window was a little disappointing however staff and room was nice

The location of the hotel is very close to Bright. Definitely recommended

The mattress had unpleasant musty stale odor. Lucky the second bed was fine.

poor service - bath towels not replaced over the 2 nights, only 1 face towel for 2 people, beds not doneroom - no microwave oven, no coffee machine, no bowls, no knives, no heater in bathroom, noisy bathroom fan (should separate fan from light circuit)reception - poor customer service among some staff (on Saturday night) and actually quite rude, poor people skills

Found the hotel a little starkly lit

We are a couple who stayed in a standard family room for 3 nights. The standard of the room was very poor for the price paid. Extremely dated. Carpet was dirty and stained. Staff advised they are cleaned once every 12 months. Paint was peeling from walls in places. Fridge shelf broken. Shelf in shower broken. TV smallest I have seen for 29 years. Room maybe would suit families ok as large. Towels only replaced only after 5 day stay. The deluxe rooms appeared to be better. Location was good and hotel was good. Meals were well priced and good menu.

Excellent staff, great location, Kids enjoyed swimming in the pool.

Rooms in need of good cleaning and update. Bathroom falling to pieces, Tiny TV with a faulty remote.

Understood breakfast was not available. There was toaster & kettle but NO crockery or cutlery in room to allow the making of own breakfastNothing to clean cups with. Room was not serviced on 2nd day. A small microwave would also seem appropriate. At a cost of $311.00 per night for a Deluxe studio it was very poor value for money. Bathroom awaiting renovation which was understood but apart from a nice bed the room was very basic

The door wouldn't even lock! Not secure at all. The pillow got pubic hair! Omg disgusting. Seriously felt very ripped off. Avoid especially for women. Will never stay here again.

Great location for area. Easy parking. Meals at the hotel. Friendly staff. Comfortable bed - slept well.

Bathroom clean but quite old but for the money it was all good.

Quiet place, plenty of parking. It was cheap.

Beds were not very comfortable. Tiny TV. Hedges need trimming, to allow cars to pass without scratching. When checking in to he seemed disinterested, maybe he was busy. Maybe information on what to do in the area would be helpful.

Breakfast not applicable. Seems a great place for families. The children were enjoying the pool.

No real kitchen facilities but it is a motel room so shouldn’t be surprised

Location was good and it was pretty quiet.

The room has not been maintained with chips out of many of the wooden surfaces. The light toilet flush stuck in contrast to the sign on the bathroom wall asking to conserve water. The chap who checked me in was rude. No microwave in the room. No channel 9 on the tiny TV despite the Australian Open Tennis being on.

Pleasant

Very basic facilities in room. Very very small TVToaster was available in the room, but no plates or knives were provided so if the toaster was used there was nothing to eat the toast off. The wifi service to the room was very poor ( only 1 bar of service) so the service did not reach the room with enough strength to stay connected.

It was quiet for being next to a pub. There was plenty of space for a family of 4.

There wasn't much storage. We used the extra bed to put all our things on. We also noticed mouse poo on the TV and one of the benches. There was only two chairs for a room with 5 beds.The car park was a fair walk to the room which began annoying when you have to make several trips.

The room itself was clean and roomy. The site had a pool and pool toys which was great for the little one. To top it all off it was right next to the pub!

Great spot, good room for family

Shower needs replacing. Kids beds hurt their backs. Need better mattresses.
