Very cozy bar with a fireplace and live music! Great, very spatious room with mountain views from the balcony.

Friendly staff, clean facilities and close to everything. The bar with live music (Jock) is an added bonus and the inclusive breakfast is just the icing on the cake!!

Nothing…. But a jacuzzi would be a nice addition

Comfortable room for the two nights. Good continental breakfast. Very helpful and friendly staff.

No on-site parking, which I knew from last time I stayed there. Minor issue.

The bed was comfortable, good linen and the bathroom was newly renovated with a heated towel bar. View was nice.

Location was difficult, parking was far away, lots of stairs, no help with bags. No one on duty and the one employee we met was impersonal. The entry into the bathroom was uneven with ripped carpet.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The view from the rooms and restaurant was fantastic, and the food was excellent.

It was in a good location

Zero contact with staff. Key left on the reception desk; no one there when we checked out; no advertised facilities were available to us on the days we were there; our room wasn’t serviced (information sheet indicated the room would be cleaned) no fan or aircon. Couldn’t leave the door/window open as other rooms opened onto the little balcony

The breakfast was excellent. We had three grandchildren with us. One said it was the best thing about the trip.

The entrance bedroom to our lodge had an unpleasant smell about it.

Very dated fit out. Stuffy at night (summer) with no a/c or fans. Needed to keep windows closed because people talking outside until very late.

Room was charming, breakfast included, great view, staff were friendly and very helpful

Parking was located away from the lodge but we were able to park for a short to unpack our car.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Breakfast was excellent and prepared me for the Kosciosko trail race.!

Friendly accommodating staff, great breakky super comfy bed

Really friendly and helpful staff - they couldn't have been nicer or more friendly and really went out of their way. We had a gorgeous fondue meal Friday night and on Sat we sat at the bar, played games and drank schnapps. It was excellent.

Hotel was good and the staff were excellent. Not that there is no parking on the site and it's about a 10 min walk to the car park downhill.Shower took a few minutes to heat up, I guess to be expected in a cold place. Doona could do with a replacement. No spoons in the room which was a bit random and also no iron (you will need to ask reception).Other than that does its job for the location.

Great location. Enough room for 6 of us. Nice view and the place was clean.

The place needs a microwave and utensils.
