not much available to eat as they were shutting down resort next day, limited drinks aswell

Clean room, decent meal selection, lovely staff.

Noise from next door (could hear neighbours talking at normal level very clearly).

Close to the Main Range Walk. The new bathroom was nice, the WiFi

The availability of car parking for the hotel is very limited.There was no place to put your soap in the shower as there was no soap holder or shelf.The room was very hot when we checked in and the window we couldn’t open , then at night when the temperature dropped you could feel the cold air coming through the seals of the window.

We had breakfast, packed lunch and dinner at the hotel - all very good. We were up there walking the mountain trails and the hotel was well placed to access these. Lovely views from the room.

We were on third floor and that meant scaling several flights of very steep stairs

Dinner food was great, fresh we also had packed lunch the roll was fresh and delicious

The food was a bit expensive. Very friendly staff and clean comfortable room. The common room on the second floor has a fridge and microwave.

Very clean. The staff were so welcoming and helpful. The location is excellent - 20 min walk from the start of the Kosciuszko summit trail. Tasty food. Tasty wine! And such a pretty view to look out on to. I will definitely stay here again. Great value for money.

The mattress was a little uncomfortable for me, my back hurt when I woke up. That is my only complaint.

Rooms were clean and beds were comfy. Friendly service and food was surprisingly good!

Walls are very thin. A couple arrived late at night and woke us up and it was very loud.

Loved being in the mountains

Noisy building work. Walls paper thin. Room was too hot even with window wide open. Bed too hard

The staff were lovely, beds comfortable. Easy parking in summer and a good central point to walks.The deck with a bottle of wine in the afternoon sun after a long walk from Guthega to Charlottes Pass was sensational. You can get lunch packs for $20 but they have to be ordered from the bar by 5 pm the day before. Fish, chips and salad filled the spot after walking. Staff rang during the afternoon to find out whether you would be joining them for dinner.

The rooms are smallish with bed only. There is a common room on level 2 with a tv and microwave.

Great that accommodation was open during off season, including having food available downstairs.Contacted us prior to stay to inform of facilities open.

You could hear everything from the neighboring rooms. The people next to us weren't be loud, just very thin walls.As it was the off season it would have been nice to not put us in neighboring rooms, as this definitely could have been facilitated.

Recently stayed at the Stillwell Hotel for 3 nights. We found it to be clean and the staff friendly and accommodating and very helpful. It's the perfect location for doing the Alpine walks. The food was OK,we paid what we thought was reasonable for a meal considering the isolated location. Something for everyone on the menu. Found the overall price was good value. I would recommend the Stillwell.

The closest location to the Main Range loop walk, so great for an early start. Bed was very comfortable and warm. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Nice view, nice food, great bed. Everything good. Maybe a bit overpriced but after walking from Guthega it was a blessing. Staff friendly, beer cold.

Liked everything. A lift to or from the actual pass should maybe be included in the accommodation price

It was very convenient! The staff were very good. They helped us as our car had broken down upon arrival. We even got a lift out to Jindabyne’s from one lovely lady because our towed car was in Cooma on New Year’s Eve!

No TV!

Great location for accessing the summit walk and also good kitchen to provide all meals you need. Would have been good know that packed lunch option was advised before arrival.

Staff are lovely, beds super comfy and the room was spotlessly clean. Meals at the restaurant where delicious and very reasonably priced

Bathroom was a bit dated.
