The rooms are very small for the room rent. Also the bathrooms could have been tidier. There is no service at the hotel. We asked for a lemon but couldn't get one. Doesn't have parking which cost us over 1000 rupees in parking.

Mr Alok was very hospitable as always . He ensured that I was satisfied with my room from the beginning . He loves plants .. like me . He followed all safety protocol which gives an aura of security to the guest .

A receipt for payment must be issued at the time of payment. That is the correct way.

staff very rigid and on the contrary no hospitality servcies available nor a bottle of water and on the contary the breakfast which you get a in the package for 400 rs will be served after 10am and if u wanna cancel it will get 150 refund as the left over are charges. no room services nor even a towels are clean one.

Hospitality, staff behavior and services is full on zero over here. The staff have attitude like you booked online so now they are king and we are beggers to ask each time for the services.

Mr Alok, the Gen manager is a very hospitable, customer satisfaction oriented person. He follows all protocols for a safe stay. He explains and confirms every feature about the hotel. The room service / house keeping staff was very prompt and efficient in serving the room upon request . Overall , I am very happy with Ajmer Regency and god willing will stay here again .

Yes it's 500 meter from dargah but still it takes around 15 20 minutes straight walk and it becomes very hectic when the area becomes crowded after the morning time.

Very good hotel to stay near Dargah with well maintained rooms and efficient staff. Alok is very kind, soft-spoken and a best guide. He is an asset to the hotel. Healthy food, Rooms and lawn areas timely sanitized. I recommend this hotel for pleasent stay in Ajmer.

Good break fast and staff is very good, cleanliness good. A good hotel to stay with family.

Hotel was good but room size was very small in Udaipur I stayed in large room in good hotel in same amount.All are good but prize should be less According to room size.

Room size &Hotel location was in main market.

Safe for travellers, COVID safety measures properly followed, very helpful staff. Totally recommend for anyone staying in Ajmer.

Staff was excellent. Their treatments was very calm supportive and the atmosphere was so peaceful. Thums up ?must stay.

The restaurant was close due to covid-19 otherwise everything was worthy for money.

Price offered by booking.com and the hotel bed and bathroom were clean and comfortable.

A bath stool is needed in the bathroom , and the water outlet in the bathroom needs to be de- clogged so water can flow out easily into the drain .

There are a lot of hidden charges. Parking facility was not available. Our car had to be parked 5 minutes away from the hotel where the parking guy charged 300 rs extra for parking. Breakfast was also bad.
