- Nothing as such except friendly staff
- When we arrived, the booking.com confirmation was not showing up in their system. However the management team was courteous to accomodate us at the same price and terms while they located the confirmation. It was managed in a stress free way, what could have been a stressful situation. The Amex POS was not working / online for some reason at the time of check-in. Unlike other merchants in India they did not force me to make alternate method immediately. Later that evening (post comfortable check-in) was able to settle the payment smoothly. Again, good presence of mind to manage a sometimes sticky situationGreat rooftop bar and restaurant that overlooks the lake. Decent food, and atmosphere + decent selection of craft beer + other spirits.Location is great, and was 10 minutes from the school we needed to get to.Will surely consider again during next visit to Ajmer

- Inspite of Covid and the current scenario. The room was not sanitised.The staff at the reception was totally untrained.FnB staff is completely I'll informed and rude.Preparation of the food was very bad.

Very helpful and friendly staff who do their best to attend to the needs of the guests. Limited parking available in front of the hotel. Good water pressure in the bathrooms. Rooms are on the smaller side.
Two major downsides we felt were1. The rooms have no windows. Guests are expected to switch on the AC but the lack of fresh air was a bit uncomfortable for us2. We spent close to 10000 for two nights without breakfast, this seemed poor value for money for what was on offer.

When ever I visit to Ajmer for my official purpose, I use to stay in LN Courtyard, earlier taste of food was excellent but since last some time taste of food is not that much tasty infect in some dishes i noticed cook don't have idea how to prepare is and how to serve it to a customer. need to change of have to improve it.
Location of a room is good. Room is well designed & Service is good.
