Room was spacious and well maintained

Food was pathetic. Please nobody order from their room service. It was stale.

location us good walking distance to ajmer dargha not far from hotel

the tidiness need yo work on it and bath room had done weird smell n towels wasnt clean

We had a terrible experience. We arrived to check in at night time to a room which was missing a window. There was a pigeon in the room(!!) and when we called staff they laughed and put the soiled (covered in pigeon droppings) piece of old cardboard back up over the missing window… We asked to change rooms and were given a new room and the soiled sheets on both beds! The rooms were damp and dirty with mould on the walls and peeling wallpaper. The stench was awful! We had nowhere else to go at nearly midnight with young kids. It was disgusting. We wouldn’t wait to check out.

Everything. Aside from the pigeon droppings and missing window we asked for help to get a rickshaw the next day and the staff all laughed and called a rickshaw over. The drivers took us the wrong way, dropped his friend off and dropped us in middle of town 1km from where we needed to be! We had to talk to the police. Definitely do not recommend this hotel!

Overall a place to stay for a night or so only as it is a very basic place. The hotel has lot of wall dampness. I changed the first room they gave me for that reason

The location and the food were excellent. The hotel is within walking distance of the railway station and the dargah.

TV not work. Also bathroom faucet is in opposite direction

Room was spacious and comfortable It was neat and clean.. and No issue of location and car parking.. the food was ok just the staff is not so good and they are careless ..baki sab badiya tha room bhi hotel bhi location bhi sab bdiya tha no issue ..

The city was new to us and we both were women hence we were anxious about the stay and safety. The experience was wonderful, rooms were clean and staff was cooperative. They arranged vehicle to visit Pushkar as well. It is good place to stay.

The location is very near to station. Easily walkable and market area is near by, can go anywhere and return back safely as it's prime area

Nothing. Poor hospitality. The staff is totally impractical. Non hiegenic. Room service is pathetic. The condition of the rooms is horrible..

Fairly clean but the bathroom had a smell of cigarette smoke, probably from the previous occupant.

The area is very conjugated, however the city itself is like that.The parking is open which is behind the hotel and not secure.

Towels are smelly, badsheet was smelling. Not cleaned properly or used one.

Very good interior and clean bathroom.. Near to railway station and even dargah, in peaceful area..Very well behaved staff.. chai was very testy... Thank you..

Delucxe or twin executive room was little better as compare to our second room which was FAMILY SUITE room

WORST FOOD DON’T MUCH ABOUT MORE MENU FOOD TASTE WHATEVER WE HAVE ORDERED IT WAS TERRIBLE EXCEPT MASALA MAGGI DIRTY AND USED BEDSHEETS BLANKETS AND CURTAINS LOT SPIDER WEB ON FAMILY SUITE ROOM WASHROOM WAS NOT UPTO THE MARK OVER PRICED NOT WORTHY AT ALL WASHROOM TAPS IN FAMILY SUITE WERE UNHYGIENIC OVERALL OUR EXPERIENCE WAS TERRBILE WE BOOKED THAT PROPERTY AFTER CHECKING REVIEWS I THOUGHT IT WOULD BE AN EXCELLENT PROPERTY TO STAY BUT IT WAS NOT AT ALL IT WAS HORRIBLE
