Hotel Venus

No Pillows in my room, requested for it. He said he'll bring it and forgot about it, so I ended up sleeping without one. I was also disturbed at 11pm mid sleep by another guest due to the counter unknowingly double booking them in my room. So lost sleep because of the loud bang on the door. Which I had to open and tell them it was occupied.

Hotel rooms were clean,staff were good ,food was good too and tea ? location is on the main road so it best ,it is 15mints away from Ajmer Dargah but good to reach there before 9pm otherwise area is quiet in the night .Overall good?

Only need is to guide the tourist and help them find local vehicle at reasonable price .

The stay was lovely. Loved the breakfast. The place was clean and was very close to the railway station and dargah Sharif. Enjoyed the stay.

The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great decor and crisp bed sheets। The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable

Everything was good. The food and service was best. And the location is the plus point.

I don't know. What I liked about staying in this hotel... This is an absolute scam for people not aware of.

We were given a room with a girl inside the toilet. And she does not know we are to check in. Unbelievable. She was pooping. Disgusting.

To avoid

The room was not clean and they made us pay an extra in the chekin per person (we were 2) that was not in booking and when we contacted the booking support they told us that it should not have existed but as we do not have an invoice we cannot prove it. We demanded the bill from the hotel and after 1 month without answering I consider it lost.

It's located close to station and Dargha. Staff was good.

Water should be provided. Also room is not provided with proper light. Toilet seat is too dirty.

The stay was a nightmare for me.No towel, shampoo, Suffocating room, dirty, stinking toilet.The hotel didn't pay any importance to your request.Charge you with everything, even bringing outside food is not allowed, that's ok no issue but they don't have a kitchen facility. You have to order according to their will.My experience was very bad

Location was quite good and peaceful

Washroom was not so clean but you can stay because It is not as bad as other hotel’s washroom so overall it is ok ok

Good spacious rooms with comfortable beds and ample furniture. The staff was really responsive and helpful.

No water heaters included in the bathroom and getting hot bathing water is an issue everyday. Not exactly a 5 min walking distance from dargah.

Disappointing

The washrooms were very bad. Smelly. Leaking. bedsheets were dirty. Since we reached late at night, hence couldn't change the hotel. If this hotel needs to stay in business, they need to work on the cleanliness of the washroom. It was a terrible stay. Not at all worth the price. Charged us 3k. Room wasn't even worth 500 bucks.

Manager and staff was very cooperative. All the facilities were nice. Food is a +ve point for this hotel.

Nice and cooperative people. Provided with all the amenities and facilities mentioned. Property location is in the exact centre of the city because of which we never have to bear extra expenses for travelling to all the major tourist points. Overall satisfactory experience.

I got attracted after noticing it is 5 min walk to dargah. But it is not really close to 5 min Walk it is more than 15 min walk from the hotel.

They provided so many facilies online but could not arrange even after requesting like example wifi network.Even the chisti will take you and ask for money after reaching durgah (even though the hotel says it is free of cost). He himself asked for money by leaving in between us and he did not even entered the durgah with us.

Easy to find.. Good people... Rooms were not ready when we reached but they arranged it in due course of time

One of the fans was not working.... Food delivery took more time then required
