Very peaceful and quiet. Very nice staff. Excellent breakfast. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room very spacious.

We found the hotel to be in a prime location. Our rooms were enjoyable, and we appreciated the amenities, especially the breakfast. The staff truly stood out for their generosity and flexibility regarding our arrival and departure.

Staff is ok

The bed sheets were not changed before we checked in. There were lice in the bed sheets. We had to ask them change bed sheets explicitly. Washrooms are old and very stinky. Very unbearable smell

Breakfast was good. Staff were courteous.

Water geyser didn't work, seems there was some issue. It had only one lift and for some time lift was under maintenance. Adjacent room maintenance work was going on, and the day was full of drilling and hammering noise.

Cleanliness and staff behaviour were not good.Mattresses quality was so poor and bed sheet was ugly. Charged extra money for stay on next day.

good location, friendly staff. We came in late and reception helped us with a smooth check in. Very helpful staff in arranging taxi as well

Need to wait 15-20 minutes to get hot water. Heating system was not good.

The hotel staff was very courteous and always ready to help. The breakfast was elaborate and tasty.The hotel is very near to ajmer station.

I liked everything about the hotel

Accomodation was closed to station (10 minutes walk), and within walking distance of the mosque as well.

Unmarried couples are not welcome, and proof of marriage may be required. Breakfast was light, and water bottle was not included.Around 1am hotel decided to do some pest control and during the whole night there was a smell of gasoline. Nothing was offered when reception was called and had to sleep with window open and AC on to try and remove the very strong smell.

The front desk staff helped us with a quick check in. all the other staffs were also very polite and we were treated with courtesy.

The packed breakfast didn't have varieties as most of the guest were childrens and expected more.

Great stay and good service provided. Hotel helped a very good hassle free visit to the Dargah. Location good and safe.

The overall experience was good. Room was tidy, clean and homely. Staff was polite. Good place for a family stay.

We have loved our stay of The Royal Melange Beacon. Location was wonderful, our suite room was so nice. Hotel staff were very nice and humble. Hotel Manager was so good and full of attention. Good take care. All the visiting places are so close from the hotel. Our over all experience was very nice, specially our stay. Will return soon ??

The room was spacious, Food was average.Overall stay was comfortable.

Toilets need improvement, not to the standards.

The room was spacious and not very far from the ajmer Sharif dargah. The food was okay.

The bed sheets could have been better. For taking you to the dargah, their people will call an auto, and then the driver will call someone, who will shadow you and keep pestering you for donation till you leave dargah.

The location was very good, it was a pretty decent room for a 1-3 night stay. The staff was very friendly and courteous - especially with our 3 yr old. The room service was quick. Breakfast and dinner were included on our package, and they were also pretty good. A bit spicy, but good. The Wifi was also pretty fast.

The room was a bit unclean. The floor had a lot of dirt on it, and as we walked our feet were getting dirty.

The staff was very polite and cooperative. Breakfast buffet is something which should not be missed. Rooms were spacious. If you have a nice budget, do not miss this place.

There is nothing that I didn't like about this place.

I have a lot to say . All the staff trust me every body is superb friendly n supportive. My sister got sick in between n by God Grace these staff specially lokesh came forward n did everything,from consulting doctor to buying medicine,they helped me alot.The manager Hariram sir even helped a lot,he personally arranged my next stay in jaipur over phone, such a lovely person . The breakfast was delicious,the room was spacious n clean,the service was on time.location is very good. In one word all staff are gentleman.trust me .I love my stay n I will stay again in future.10/10 rating . U will not be disappointed. No unmarried couples are allowed and they mean it strictly. I am in love with this hotel and the staff . Hope this will help .Thank you
