Hotel Arsh Palace

This place is not hotel house old not very comfortable According to name of the palace so I am not suggest

Honor is good person but properties not very well According to the price So I am not suggest I don't like toilet washroom bad not good

I recently had one of the worst experiences in a very long time at ARSH Palace. This establishment does not resemble a hotel or guesthouse but rather feels like a cramped and poorly maintained space. The room was incredibly small, and basic services were completely lacking. There was no room service, not even a complimentary water bottle provided.Adding to the disappointment, I had specifically requested an extra bed, but the staff outright refused, stating that I could cancel the booking and leave if I wasn’t satisfied. This response was especially distressing as I was traveling with elderly parents and leaving at that point was not a viable option.I would strongly advise against booking this hotel under any circumstances. It was a truly terrible place to stay, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Avoid at all costs!

The place lacked even the most basic amenities, and the staff's behavior was shockingly rude and unprofessional. It was a horrible experience from start to finish. I cannot comprehend how this property was approved and listed on Booking.com, as it does not meet any acceptable standard of hospitality.

One night stay is ok. But not more than this. Not suitable for family

Room is very small , disappointing toilet.

Don't Book if you are foreigner

We didn't stay there. Just on the morning of the checkin, he told he doesn't have room for me because I'm foreigner. So he asked me to cancel. He put "no-show". Fortunately I paid nothing. But it's not normal to heard about this at the last minute.

Value for money ,small room but clean ,budget friendly option don’t expect more than what you are willing to spend

Bast room & location My one night cost -560/-

cleanliness and facilities

Staff behavior is very supportive and helping nature. All over good

Cleaning facility required for improvement and for drinking water if any one can stay on 3flor plz provide water facility or established water color on 3flor

The rooms and bathrooms are too small but as per room rent, can’t complain much.
