Overall hotel was disappointing. No ventitlation, No regular Cleaning and no working fridge.

It was nice and happy I selected Regal Hotel to stay, staff are good, supportive.They even arranged for us Ajmer Darshan and would like to say it meet our exceeded our expectations. Definitely will book again to stay

There is no bathroom amenities provided, AC was not working, No clean towel, No water bottle in room. we had breakfast but it was also average.

Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Parking space in the hotel was great. Staffs were cordial and helpful. And services of hotel like Dargah Ziyarat, Car washing is commendable.

The managers at reception were suggestive and good but a little less warm

We reached by auto at there regal. Our auto driver go inside the hotel before we go first,and say something to reception manager that give me my commission for this two customer, I heard behind his back and I said to regal manager and auto driver why commission i already booked my room before one day, that manager denied to give him money after that we show him our booking info then sudden he say we can't give u room,we given already married couple thn i said ok, give it to my male friend I'll manage other out side then he said we can't give u,also I said to him give it saperates rooms we are okay with it,again he denied, this ur service, please improve ur management, we came there for our business purposes, very very bad experience,and such a worst and pathetic staff n management, it's very bad impression of ur regeal

NOTHING,I was upset choosing this place to stay.

First, arriving at the hotel, the room wasn't ready as I clearly asked them to check in early, and I advised I would be checking out early as well.I was asked to pay double if I wanted to check in, I paid and went to the room. The room was dirty, smelling like smoke, and the toilet wasn't clean. Smelled really bad, I asked for a room move, the guy at reception said it's possible at 10am, I took a shower, no soap and no fresh towels, I was unhappy but couldn't do much. At 10 am, I called reception to move my room, I was advised that it would be done, so I waited for an hour, no one attended, so I sent them a message through booking. Com. Then, they reacted and got my room cleaned at last. I was disappointed in their service and communication. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to any foreigners. It's way below expectations.

The price was ok and food served was good.

Facilities shown in pics (jacuzzi, room size etc.) were missing, cleanliness was very poor, trash was all over the floor.

Actually Shanti regal palace is a very good hotel once upon a time. But now maintenance was very bad, no AC remote to control, no geyser and if we want hot water staff arranged bucket of hot water but i think it's not good sign for such star hotel, whenever we want hot water we need to call staff and need to ask ? of water. The food was not good.. After complaining about so many issues staff shifted our room for two times .. mainly the hotel is very far from dargah. If we want to go to the dargah near the main gate we need to take autoriksha every time it's too costly. Im
