The staff was amazing. The room was clean and comfy. Loved the jetted tub. Location was perfect. We were able to walk to all the restaurants, beach and bars. Wish we were staying longer. The cafe was amazing. Food was great.

Very clean and spacious room. Quiet location and well lite around property. Breakfast was delicious. Great selection. Heidi was great in meeting us and checking us in. Explained all about room and hours for breakfast and advised us to call if we had any issues or questions. Overall, great hotel.

If you need an elevator, make sure to request 1st floor.

Heidi was so welcoming - it was lovely to be greeted with a smile and shown around, especially the dinner and breakfast tips. The spa was exactly what I needed after a huge day of sightseeing.

The owner and staff were so lovely, the location was absolutely perfect walking distance to everything. The room was so large and cosy, super clean with a beautiful view. Had everything we could have asked for. Well exceeded all of our expectations. Absolutely loved our stay and could not recommend more!

Cleanliness and location.

Very clean, spacious, and comfortable stay in the King Spa room. Great location and relaxing in the spa bath is amazing.

Shower and TV is a tad dated but worked perfectly fine. The carpark is a bit tight so you need to be very mindful of surroundings when parking.

Upstairs and Spas too noisy. Especially if they are upstairs and being used in the early hours of the morning.

Adequate amenities, I was lucky enough to have a spa in my room, would have been great to have some bath salts.

Easy to find, good parking and a beautifully appointed room with a superb bed and gorgeous linen. With a fridge and a microwave this gave us plenty of options for storing and heating anything we wanted.

A clear window in the bathroom which looked up to the breakfast balcony meant we had the blind down the whole time. As a bathroom it would have been good if that window could have opened a little rather than relying totally on the extraction fan.

My husband & I took visiting UK friends down the Great Ocean Road & stayed at the Waves. The facilities, Heidi & her staff were outstanding. They had thought of all the little things that made our stay perfect. Breakfast was sensational. We highly recommend the Waves to everyone.

The rooms were spacious, comfortable and had little thoughtful amenities. Exceptionally clean and staff were 10/10 for service.

Well located in central Port Campbell it is right near the harbour. We really enjoyed staying here and would definitely stay again. The King Spa suite’s window faces the car park and could use a transparent blind for privacy as well as a blockout blind.
