Location, Cleanliness and layout of the unit.

Good location. Staff was not present so they had a message and left the door unlocked so I was happy about The speed of check in checkout.

There were quite a few ants throughout the unit and we really never were free of them for our stay.

Room was clean. Location was close enough to walk to dinner. Would stay again!

It was late winter, but the back deck could have been cleaned off a little more in case we had actually wanted to use it.

Close to town for dinner and near popular attractions like Loch Ard Gorge and the 12 Apostles. The room is well-heated with heaters conveniently placed throughout.

3 minutes by car to town, nice bed with heated mattress.

Advise: do not leave any food on the table. We did and next day hundreds of ants were crawling from windows curtains to the table and we had to through away all food that was there. Anys are a big problem.

Place was very convenient to have morning view at Twelve Apostles and other explorations.

Smalls not good and the carpet needs to be deeply cleaned.

Brilliantly located. Pay for what you get. Conveniently located. Well stocked and the electric blankets were a delight after a bit of a colder day exploring the area.

The property was outdated but clean. Good location, close to the twelve apostles in the great ocean road.

The heater was on the wall on top of the bed. Not comfortable having the hot air blowing on my face in the night.

Location, sights close to town

Too dark, need a safety light indoors at night time, no broom or vacuum, no dishes drainer.

Quiet clean welcoming space, good value for money. TV, heater, water pressure were great.

Bed was too firm and bit springy for me.Probably because I'm used to a soft bed.Blinds appear wrong way so there were gaps in privacy at night. Need to turn roll over so blind rolls closer and more directly over the windows.Shower Base could be better.

Quiet location. Roomy & comfortable. Has everything you need including private outside deck with table/chairs and clothes line.

Second bedroom doesn’t have bedside table or light.

The rooms are clean.

Reasonable price and good location.

Location, set up, cleanliness

It was great. However, it would have been good if a bit of oil and other basic condiments were also provided.

Easy check in, good location to walk into Port Campbell town centre, spacious unit.

The unit is specious, clean and comfortable with good kitchen facilities.

Good location. Unit was clean, comfortable and contained everything we needed.

Easy to find. Note on the door for us explaining where key was. Great place for a family.

Instruction book for how to work the microwave would have been helpful. It was stuck on child lock and we couldn't get it to work.

The photos and reviews online didn’t reflect the room we stayed in which appeared to be a converted garage. Other units in the complex appeared newer and to match the photos. Aircon worked well and the complex was quiet. Some issues with cleaning and maintenance eg stained sheets, old/ frayed linen, mould on blind, frayed lamp cords, front door was difficult to open fully, shower base was quite slippery.

There were 6 of us.the house was very big and facilities was great .check in was easy even after we reached at 10pm.
